Finding energy within oneself (Designed by Alina Luke)

1) Go outside for a walk or run.

If you have ever felt drained and not wanting to do anything, chances are, you just need to start doing something.

Go out for a walk or run when the weather adheres to your needs. Go out for a walk or run when feeling down.

Find beautiful places to visit, while cruising along the way. You will be surprised at the discoveries made, while venturing out into the wild.

Embrace the wind. Embrace the sun. Feel the energy coursing through your veins.

Do not forget to bring along a bottle of water, as one tends to become more and more dehydrated as one sweats. Replenish yourself and help replenish the energy in others.

Burn off as many calories as you eat in order to get rid of belly fat and allow blood to flow through your system.

Find a buddy or two to exercise with. Afterall, the more people there are, the merrier the times will be!

2) Invest in noise-canceling headphones.

These headphones do not need to be fancy in anyway and can be as low as $10 USD, but, of course, do your research on which ones suit your needs.

Additionally, when one lives in an environment full of distractions, whether this be your parents nagging at you and invading your privacy, or your siblings and loved ones asking for help or assistance, there are times when there is a need for a greater focus.

Perhaps, you are a freelancer, work remotely or have online schooling, and there are too many environmental noises out of your control.

Then, placing a small investment for something that will help greatly improve your concentration levels is a definite worthy buy!

3) Eat healthy and have a balanced diet.

When stressed or not feeling the best, it is easy to go to crunchy cravings, such as chips or fried foods, but truth is, because of all the oils existing in these foods, one may feel even more drowsy and tired.

To sap out the cravings entirely may seem impossible. However, there are healthy foods to keep you on your toes and some even have a crunch to them!

Make sure to not consume too little or too much of anything, as this will cause your system to become disproportionate.

Intake more fruits and vegetables. Blueberries have high potassium and are a great source of vitamin C. Celery has vitamin A, K, and C, providing three different vitamins all at once, as well as a crunch!

Eat less red meats. Consumption of too much red meat can lead to higher risks of type 2 diabetes, cancer, and heart diseases.

Maintain the balance to have a balance. Think of this scenario in terms of a seesaw at a playground.

In order for both sides to maintain an equal amount of force, the seesaw must have an equal amount of weight on both sides, otherwise, one side will end up going all the way down, very similar to how our system works.

When there is too much of one type of food in our system, we may end up with diarrhea, constipation, or bloating.

When there is too little of one type of food, one may feel faint, headaches, or drowsiness.

Treat your body well and you will surely do well!

4) Sleep well.

Create proper sleeping habits to ensure for lower risk of heart disease and stroke.

Receiving an adequate amount of sleep is essential for enabling your body functions to work throughout the day, instead of breaking down and enveloping pain.

On average, a healthy amount of sleep ranges from 7-8 hours of sleep daily!

5) Take adequate breaks.

Sometimes, when we work on one agenda for too long, we tend to burnout.

Do not let yourself burnout.

Read a book, take a nap, enrich yourself with newfound knowledge.

Excitement tends to build up little by little as one becomes more knowledgeable and wise!

6) Take your vitamins.

Vitamins have an abundance of minerals to allow one to receive the nutrients they need to keep on fighting through any types of diseases or illnesses, which may enter their system.
