Here are some signs that there has been some negative energy which has been blocking the light from your life:

  • You feel withdrawn
  • You haven’t been seeing eye-to-eye with people you love
  • A lot of people have been upsetting or annoying you lately
  • Your home seems gloomy and in a constant state of disorder
  • A strong of unfair things seem to have been happening to you
  • You feel that other people don’t appreciate you enough
  • You feel stressed, tired and moody

If you’ve been feeling any of these things lately, it’s a signed hat your negative energy has crept its way into your life. Don’t worry, though, there are things you can do to get rid of those clouds of negativity and instead lift your mood, then naturally allowing you to attract great things into your life.

Here are three signs that you can start using instantly to blast negative energy out of your life.

1. Give your living space a make-over.

People’s living space reflects their inner state of mind! Amazing, isn’t it?! So when our home is full of clutter, dirt and disorganisation, our negative energy kicks in, and it often represents what we’re feeling inside; the more time we spend in those disorderly environments, the more negative we become.

Furthermore, when you’re in a clean and tidy environment, where thighs are organised and there’s no clutter around, you’re able to think and focus much better. Therefore, this is one of the first things you can do to blast your negative energy and thinking patterns from your life.

You should throw things away, or try selling them if you want, things you don’t use or wear and haven’t for about one year - as certain things are seasonal. But if you haven’t used it over a year, get rid of it! It’s only taking up unnecessary space. You’ll be surprised how refreshing and good you feel after!

Open your windows and allow sunlight to enter your home, dust everything off, clean and hover and you can almost use this as an exercise to represent you cleaning away all the negative energy in your home and around you. If you have old furniture, invest in new one’s if you can and buy plants and fine art or put up photos that make you smile. All of this seems very simple, yet is very powerful and can have a huge impact on our mood.

2. Spend time with people who make you feel good

Just like you, everyone has their own ‘energy fields’ which you can sense when you’re around someone. If you want to free yourself from negative energy, it’s imperative that you spend time with people who are positive, supporting, enthusiastic, optimistic and who lifts you up - and avoid those who bring you down and drains your energy. If you know someone who always brings you down, they’re not worth your time and energy. So, spend time, only, with those who give you energy and who makes you feel good - those you can be yourself with and who’ll support you. The more you’re surrounded with those people, the higher your vibrational frequency will be and the more happiness you’ll attract.

3. Learn to let negative emotions go

Negative energy feeds on negative emotions. Now, it’s totally normal - I’ll even say healthy - to feel sad, angry and frustrated at times. However, the problems occur when you’re always thinking badly about your job or your relationship. Chances are you’re always going to feel miserable at work or in your relationship. Your motivation, satisfaction, happiness, work and relationships will all suffer because of it. So, to prevent this from happening it’s important that you feel those emotions rather than trying to suppress and ignore them.

Moreover, you should explore why you might be feeling this way. If you feel as though you want and have to cry, do it! There’s nothing with crying, what so ever. Read that again! Allow yourself to cry in a place where you feel safe. If you feel the need to take some time alone, allow yourself to spend time alone. If you feel like you want to talk to someone, then allowing yourself to open up to someone you trust.

When you have accepted what you’re feeling, and taken steps towards making yourself feel better, the next step is to choose to let those negative emotions go. It’s only when we’ve accepted our emotions, and taken some time to calm down and find peace, that we’re able to start making positive changes in our life.

You are the master of your own mind, so don’t allow your emotions or mind control you, you are in control of your emotions and negative situations. When you can start to choose to free your negative emotions and start confronting your problems in a constructive way, you’ll soon be amazed at how free, joyful and wonderful you feel. You’ll soon see that when you start to take this proactive and positive approach, good things will easily start to naturally flow into your life.

Take care/
