Wait a minute I am not talking about any metaphysical purpose. Simply I am talking about your goals. Set your goals. Follow them. Every day you will feel you are near to them. Don’t be hurry, don’t be confused. Sit down, think, and think again, what do you want in life? Where you want to see yourself after 30 10 to 20 years? What is valuable to me? when you will decide a purpose, choose a purpose, congratulations! You are on your way.

Your health

Health is very important for a happy life. If you are unhealthy or physically unfit, maybe you would live a normal life but it will ruin your every celebration in life. Eat healthily, listen healthy, speak healthily, and sleep healthy. Only one issue in your health can ruin your whole life. You can try to make a healthy routine.

Your mental wellness

Mental wellness is very important.don’t waste your life in toxic relationships. keep your circle small. share your inner part with a few. be positive. Negativity can lead you to a dark cave where no one can help you. Avoid stressful media, watch something that motivates you. Read good stuff for learning. Keep the focus on your goals.

Having more fun

Fun is not only in entertainment or games. if you want to have fun, choose infotainment always. So, you will not feel any regrets after some time that you wasted your time on shallow things. Infotainment will realize you a feeling of accomplishment.do whatever you want, but do like a Player, who is playing games, completing his tasks with enjoyment.

Carrying less stress

Why do we feel stress? Because we do overthink things. The things which are not changeable, change your attitude towards them. Don’t force yourself into things. Don’t do anything by repeating the same method, again and again, it will give you the same result it will make you stressed. learn new methods to do a thing and apply them.

Simplify your life

Trust me you are not on this planet to make things hard and bizarre. Don’t jump into Mudd. Keep things, relationships, and your limits simple for yourself and others. There are a specific age and time for everything, after that time you will feel boredom. Life is not hard, life is not complicated. Many people make problems more complicated but they think they are finding a solution.

Spend time with true friends

Friendship is a true blessing for us. We need friends to talk to, we need friends to share our inner self with them. We enjoy it with them. We feel safe with them. But true friendship is very hard to find. I don’t have any formula to tell you how to find true friends. You will find them by yourself one day, after easy and hard times in your life. Spend your time with your true friends.

Being confident

Confidence is not a personality trait. Confidence is a learned attitude and skill. you have to learn, how to be confident? First of all, you have to find your flaws honestly. There are many empty portions in our life, we don’t think about them. but these empty portions make our life hard. confidence is important for yourself.

Taking chances

Pakistan and India were playing a cricket match. Pakistan needed 19 runs on 4 balls. Batsmen were pressurized. They were trying to take “risks”.but they missed overs first. When there were plenty of overs they didn’t Dare to take a chance. They didn’t play openly. And when there are only four balls and 1 wicket remaining, they are trying to get risk.

In normal situations, when everything is under control you decide to play openly, it is called getting a chance and in extraordinary situations when nothing is in your control you decide to play openly it’s called taking the risk.

So, get chances don’t take risks. Improve your decision making powers.

Being grateful

What you have, what you have done be grateful for all. Don’t be in hurry. Yes, you have to achieve more, but you already have something to enjoy. Be grateful for that.don’t run blindly for things. Make plans. Take a rest. being grateful means to utilize what you already achieve in proper Manners. Don’t be rush.

Reaching Goals

After all, your goals are important. Every activity should be related to your goals in some ways. In the end, you will look back on your life and you will think about what I achieved?

Achieving your goals makes you proud of yourself. If you ever experience the joy of accomplishment you may agree with me, it is the beautiful and more energetic feeling in the world.
