Excellence is defined as possessing the quality of being outstanding, basically having a strong sense of determination to be constantly doing our best. Do we achieve our best every day? Absolutely not. But the quality of excellence isn't about actually achieving our best every day, it's about working hard, consistently at a high standard, with the intention to continually improve and better ourselves. Excellence is about ambition, an attitude of always striving to be better than we were the day prior. Why is excellence so important to us?
