Pisces New Moon Tarot and Oracle Reading
Burning a sandalwood candle this afternoon I was drawn to shuffle The Witches Tarot deck, instead of my usual preference to the Crow Tarot. As the universe continues to spin today; February 27, 2025, marks the New Moon in Pisces. Time for dreams to be rooted into reality. Clarity of the true self becomes apparent as recognition of what needs healing within comes into focus. Intentions are to be set, dare to dream. Following the Tarot and Oracle reading for today I would like to share my personal plans for the New Moon tonight.

Then I remembered the last time I got a massage—how the knots melted away, and I walked out feeling like a new person. It got me thinking: massage isn’t just a treat; it’s a fix for so many health hiccups we deal with daily. You don’t need to be an athlete or a spa regular—just someone who’s ready to feel better.

Keep Moving, Keep Living
I woke up this morning, and for a split second, I didn’t want to move. The bed felt too good, the air too cozy. But then I remembered something my grandma used to say: “A body in motion stays alive.” She wasn’t fancy with words, but she lived to 92, walking every day until the end. That stuck with me. So I rolled out of bed, laced up my sneakers, and decided today was mine to claim. Fitness and wellbeing aren’t about perfection—they’re about showing up for yourself, one step at a time.

The Impact of Mental Health Awareness in India:
In the last decade, mental health awareness in India has taken a significant leap forward. While it has historically been a taboo subject, the stigma surrounding mental health is gradually starting to erode, making way for a more open dialogue. Despite this progress, challenges remain in fully integrating mental health care into the fabric of the nation’s healthcare system. As mental health continues to gain recognition as an essential aspect of well-being, the efforts to break stigmas and build support systems for individuals facing mental health challenges are becoming increasingly vital.
