Anger
This emotion is one of our three fundamental emotions that we are born with into this realm. This is an emotion that is holding strongly, especially today. When an individual has anger in their heart, that said individual is not allowing love to come into their heart. Then that person is more irritated. Then, that person is in a reactive state of mind. And anything can set them off and then we have to watch out for the aggression that is going to follow. But, we can not be to hard on ourselves when we come across this. This is only a reflection of what is still broken within. Sometimes, we bottle up emotions that we are unaware of, then when an individual drinks. Their filter is gone, and they say what needs to be said. And usually this happens in a really bad way, were the individual now carries shame and guilt because of their own actions to the people they love. So, these people get stuck in a cycle of anger, shame and guilt. Usually, it takes a major hit to the individuals mental state to start to seek this change. If they are stubborn to this point then, trauma must happen to expand their awareness.
Fear
Some we need to recognize is that most of us live in a state of mind. You see, when we are born, we are born with anger, fear and love. These are our fundamental emotions that we have as a human being, that which if not taught how to control or understand these, and that is when we have adults react to situations rather than a response. We can not get mad at the individual that reacts out of emotion, for which it is just a lack of knowledge upon their own emotion. When we have fear as our foundational emotion, you’ll see individuals shy, quiet, or completely introverted. Being introverted is a toss up yes, but to the individual that does not have the awareness of their own emotion. This is a severe case of fear. This individual has experienced everything that consistently built upon this brick. This is where the fear of abandonment, loss, financial, physical, people pleasing. Almost everything emotion that is opposite of self-care can be tied to fear being at the root of our problems.
