Water, the element that brings life…Well, to make the coffee that tea that brings you to life. But water is used for other essentials like keeping us hydrated and cooking our food. Thankfully we have the Brita pitcher to turn tap water into drink fresh, clean water. Yes, your tap water may look clear and clean, but there are chemicals and other minerals in the water such as copper, zinc, and lead that aren’t good for drinking. This is because most people live in the city, and the way we get our water is through the pipes until the city and travels to our sink. So it is crucial to have our water clean to be healthy and not get sick later on in the future. So, the only way we can get clean water is in three ways.

1. Live in the mountain, where nature is the natural filter.

2. bottled water, or gallons of water. Some companies do deliver gallons and bottles of water to your home or office.

Then there is 3. Getting the Brita water filter.

You are going to want the Brita water filter because it not only filters out what we don’t need; it keeps what makes the water healthy and refreshing. The filter is located inside the pitcher or a dispenser.

If you have more than two people living or working with you, I recommend getting the dispenser because it can fill about 14 16oz mugs. Of course, if you work at an office or warehouse, you can’t take the pitch with you. Don’t worry; Brita has you covered. Just try one of their premium filtering water bottles. There is an individual filer inside the bottle, so all you have to do is find a sink or water fountain and fill it up. You can choose a plastic or metal bottle, and you can pick a color.

Don’t want to be using the pitcher or refilling the dispenser? Why not get the faucet mount. Straight from your sink to your cup to make your coffee or tea, fill the bottle for the baby formula, or refill your pet’s bowl to keep them hydrated.

Going green is the best way to be. The Brita is all about helping mother nature. There are so many plastic bottles in the ocean, rivers, and city streets. Plastic takes 450 years to start degrading. There are many kinds of plastic, and It can even take some bottles 1000 years to biodegrade!

All that for just one bottle. You would think recycling would take care of that problem. Bit takes a lot of energy to make the bottle, sanitize it, fill it up with water, seal it, and get it to your destination. By getting the Brita water filter, you will not only save money from purchasing bottled water. But you will be helping reduce pollution from cars delivering water and factories that make waste and hurt the environment. Think about it; in one year, an average person will purchase about $1,039 on bottled water alone. The Brita price ranges from $24 (the Brita filter bottle) -$96 (the Brita filter faucet mount), and the refill filter cost way less. It is worth purchasing when bottled water becomes hard to find and buy in case of an emergency.

An excellent example was at the beginning of 2020, when the COVID-19 Pandemic happened, everyone and their mother grabbed packs of bottled water or gallons of water as if the end of the world was coming. Even fights would break out. I saved myself from that chaos because I purchased the Brita water filter; however, I had to wait on the refills because they sold out like hotcakes.
