Your New Year Already Sucks
It’s my most favorite time of the year. And, no, I am not referring to Christmas, even though it just passed. The beginning of a new year is ripe with memes of failure. If you follow any of the popular success coaches or influential promoters of how to obtain wealth, you will know that failure is a key component of success. Because failure is not the opposite of success. Failure is good, great even. However, it’s only beneficial if you learn from it. Apply it. Adapt and revise. After all, doing the same thing over and over expecting different result is the definition of insanity. While I am not a big proponent of “New Year’s Resolutions,” I do thoroughly believe in having goals and direction.

The Article I Needed 3 Years Ago
(Quick Q&A with myself) Am I an expert content creator? Sure not. Am I getting better at it by the day? My mom says yes. And Metrics too.
Ricky LanussePublished 5 months ago in LifehackI Recently Sold a Home, and I Cried on Settlement Day.
This article is also equally as relevant to renters, of who need to move on from such a rental home for whatever reason. Reasons for leaving a home are not necessarily due to terrible experiences happening in your life. They also have nothing to do with having a shortfall of cash. Positive experiences are also causes of needing to move from living and/or owning any form of home (investment or otherwise), where ample memories that are unique to you have been created.
Justine CrowleyPublished 6 months ago in LifehackOprah ain't never gonna come clean your closet
When I watched Oprah as I was growing up, there was one thing I wanted more than anything else. I wasn’t interested in the days when she said ‘you get a car,’ and ‘you get a car’, or told the entire audience they were off on a cruise or to Sydney, Australia, or somewhere else. Sure, those things would have been nice but I knew fundamentally they weren’t going to fix my problem. Once I got back from my holiday, once I’d finished driving my car, I’d still be left with the same issue I’d always had – what to do about the mess and clutter that threatened to overtake my life. (Plus, I’d probably have a whole lot of holiday memorabilia to deal with and because of the amount of stuff we had the car mightn’t fit into the garage anyway.)
Catherine MoffatPublished 7 months ago in LifehackI Read “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” and It Transformed How I View Finance
I’m not going to lie. When I opened Rich Dad, Poor Dad and got to reading, I was struck by how repetitive and quite poorly written the book is. I even considered ditching it, thinking to myself, “How can there be such hype around this book?”
Denisa FeathersPublished 7 months ago in LifehackThe Most Productive Way To Optimize Your Reading List
How are you tracking the books you’re reading, have read or will read? I have recently started to pick up the pace of reading books. At the beginning of this year, I was reading 1 book a month. In the month of August, I’m planning to finish 6 books. I fell in love with reading.

Thomas GriffinPublished 7 months ago in LifehackWhat Fruits Slow Down Aging?
Although a large body of scientific research suggests certain foods, like blueberries, have anti-aging potential over time, we can’t expect to reverse the classic symptoms of aging (like crow’s feet, belly fat, and heart disease) at the snap of our fingers or by popping a blueberry.

For some, rain can be quite relaxing. Nothing is more soothing than sitting on the porch, watching it come down like buckets while sipping your favorite hot beverage. Every year, 6.6 billion tons of precipitation fall from the sky every year. Nearly 1,800 storms are occurring at any moment around the world. The average size of a storm is a 15-mile radius, at the most, making it small and isolated. Storms often lead to multiple other disasters such as blackouts, flooding, mudslides, tornadoes, etc. Making a Rainy Day Box is a fun project to do with the family, so if, and when, you find yourself stuck at home because of the rain you’ll have something to do.
