For over a year I have been using "Silk and Sonder" to journal and plan my daily life. I still remember the theme of my first journal (October 2022) - Acceptance. There was a heavy weight of worry for my oldest dog at the time. He was having routine surgery for an aural hematoma (blood blister in his ear). Then, he was 11 going on 12 years old. Although the vets had cleared him "healthy as a 6-year-old", he is a very special dog to me that I stressed over obnoxiously. The journal prompts through "Silk and Sonder" helped me accept what I could not control, and trust the vets to take excellent care of my baby. After many tears, Dino came out of surgery completely fine and is still going strong today!
