Polio virus not only paralyzes the human nervous system, but in some cases it is also fatal. It is a fatal disease. The polio virus attacks the inner tissues (tissues) of the brain and spinal cord, causing the muscles to weaken, resulting in paralysis. Polio is usually a paralysis of children, but it can also occur after the age of 10. Paralysis involves most of the arms and legs. The sufferings of polio are found in the throat and intestines of the patients. Because of polio, thousands of children and elderly people are not only disabled but also die from this world.

Polio is not a new disease, its virus spread in the 20th century. The disease was first limited to Britain and Europe, but later it became an epidemic and then spread all over the world. In 1950, the vaccine against polio was introduced. This prepared vaccine was delivered into the body through a needle. Later, a drop-in vaccine was developed, which is still in use today.

To get rid of this disease, concrete steps have been taken worldwide and most of the countries have got rid of it. Out of 125 countries in the world, there are only three where the polio virus is still killing people. These countries include Afghanistan, Nigeria and Pakistan. Unfortunately, Pakistan has the highest number of polio cases.

It has been made mandatory for people traveling from Pakistan to other countries to have a vaccination card. No person can travel abroad without this card. There are three types of polio, two of which have been eradicated from the world. It has been done, while there is still one type that is wreaking havoc in Pakistan and Afghanistan. Polio virus remains active for a long period of time. The disease is more likely to occur during summer and later. More often it is an infectious disease.

The virus spreads well in areas where there is a lot of dirt or where many people live in the same room. Symptoms of polio include fever, headache, drowsiness, stiffness in the neck and back. Other diseases in children also have a similar onset. It is caused by symptoms, so if your child shows any such symptoms, show him to a good doctor immediately.

The main reason for the spread of polio in Pakistan is the lack of sanitation and the negative attitude of the people in the villages, which is very important to eliminate. Every child in Pakistan must be vaccinated against polio, because the virus will not be eradicated until every child in the country is vaccinated.

In order to avoid polio, we have to pay close attention to cleanliness. Flies spread the virus, so food should be protected from flies. This disease has not completely disappeared from Pakistan, but the rate of polio has definitely decreased. has happened It is still targeting children and adults. This disease can also occur at an older age. Children who are affected by this disease should be kept separately. Complete rest is very important for them. In this disease, the doctor can prescribe sedatives and antipyretic drugs.

Care should be taken to clean the mouth of sick children. Urine should not accumulate in the bladder. Eat tasty and healthy foods. Skiing of the muscles with semi-warm bandages and exercising with the permission of the physician, thus the blood circulation is maintained. Skiing relaxes the muscles in summer and early winter. Difficult to do.

If we really want to eradicate polio from the country, we have to work together. Newspapers, mass media and related health institutions should inform and guide common people on how to protect themselves from polio. Polio can be eradicated thanks to the cooperation of parents, in this regard civil society, women, teachers and young generation should also play their role.

Parents should give their children polio vaccinations, but check the expiry date of these vaccinations to see if they are still or expired. They should not do this because it is a matter of children's health. In the long term, if these children are healthy, they will be able to play a role in the development and prosperity of the country. Do not play with the lives of these innocents. They are the most beautiful flowers in your garden.
