There’s a fast track to getting your life together. It’s all in the planning. Get yourself a nice planner and a few journals. Jotting down your dreams is easy and rewarding.

I’ve started using journals to record my journey. Weight loss to daily tasks and goals, planners and journals provide consistency and motivation.

I’ll be the first to admit I never thought journaling would work. I’ve changed my opinion. Journaling your daily progress is an incredible transformation process.

It doesn’t take much time to use your planner or a few journals depending on your goals. I normally complete my planning the night before for the following day and I journal for weight loss and gratitude in the morning.

I’m obsessed with the Clever Fox Planners. They’re amazing quality and offer prompts that really get you in tune with your goals. I purchased two on Amazon. The first is specifically for budgeting. The daily planner is for everything.

I use the daily planner to create a vision for my life. The planner is constructed efficiently. It allows me to explore my life purpose and map out my entire collection of goals.

I can easily refer back to my initial life vision, purpose and goal planning for inspiration. I can then take large plans and design them into three months of achievable goals and set my ideas in motion.

Every week I can plan day by day. I like to use the planner as a daily to do list. I can check off tasks and create deadlines for projects. I’ve accomplished more than expected using my planner. I highly recommend investing in a good planner to exceed your personal goal expectations.

There are inexpensive weight loss journals available on Amazon. My journal asks daily question that give me reflection on my habits. From cravings to daily accomplishments, I can plan for a better tomorrow should I make poor food choices or skip exercise.

Get grateful today. Keeping a gratitude journal is a beautiful way of incorporating thankfulness and mindfulness to your day. It’s a reliable reminder we all have a lot to be thankful for and it allows you to explore and experience your life in a mindful moment.

My gratitude journal provides me the opportunity to record past or present moments and experiences for which I’m grateful. It’s an inspirational way to journal events from the past and realize you’re blessed continually in life.

I’ve been using my planner and journal system for over two months. I’ve succeeded in all my goals and developed a healthy body and mind.

My journey with journals has been a friendly reminder to attend to both mind and body. Health is important and our personal goals rely on good health.

If you want to attain more sleep, better weight loss habits and reach your goals, try using a planner and a few journals.
