Today let's about studying because, as you may know, it's a tedious task that you usually don't feel like doing. Here, I'll explain how to study even when you don't feel like it. You fail for two reasons, is either you did not study or you didn't study well. This is how you can change that.

First, I want to say that regardless of your level of motivation or the presence of distractions, by the end of this insights you will be able to study whenever you want to. I will turn you into a master if you just stick with me till the end of this discussion we have no time to waste.

Jeff Hayden's "Reverse Motivation" Before getting into the actual techniques, you should grasp the idea of reverse motivation. People frequently believe that motivation follows action, but this isn't always the case. According to Jeff Hayden's book, "Motivation is a Myth," waiting for motivation will inevitably lead to action, and for successful people, action precedes motivation. For instance, consider a successful person who views productivity as an addiction that they must feed on a daily basis. finishing a task In light of the fact that completing a task causes his brain to release dopamine, which spurs him on to work even harder, the following four steps will help you solve the problem of how to study even when you're not in the mood for it. You got it. Right?

First: Obtain Good Clarity: Usually, we put off studying because we are unsure of what to study, when to study, or how long to study. To overcome this, the first step is to obtain good clarity on these matters. You may do this by creating a plan similar to this one. From now on, after lunch, I'm going to complete 40 questions in two hours, from 300 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. From now on, you now know when to start and when to end connected to lunch time.

Second, which is to begin studying. I'm sure you've missed something, so go back and review the previous thirty seconds once you have lucidity on issues and have devised a plan. Use the reverse process of action in place of motivation. It's not as easy as I just mentioned, and I completely understand that, but there are strategies to assist you. First, you should be aware of the five-minute rule, which says that you should set aside five minutes to study, even if you want to spend two or three hours. This will help you overcome any initial resistance because you'll discover that studying is actually quite simple.

Third is to keep studying until you've finished and achieved what's known as motivation. Now that we know how to study for a longer time, let's move on to the next phase. Since it might be challenging to study for two or three hours at a time, do this with any of these techniques. Studying for 25 minutes and taking a 5-minute break is the Pomodoro Technique; studying for 90 minutes and taking a 20-minute break is the Ultradian Sprint.

The fourth and final step is to treat yourself for all of your hard work. While this may seem like the most foolish advice we've provided in this study, it's actually one of the most crucial ones because rewards motivate you to put in more effort in your studies.

In conclusion, I sincerely hope you have some helpful insights to propel you to study even when you don't feel like it.
