Having an active and healthy lifestyle is a habit that can be hard to obtain. Especially when you haven’t reached your desired weight. However regularly taking time to lay down, stop and breath is important. This sends an important message to your body, to repair itself to rejuvenate and to rebalance. A lack of relaxation leads to stress, tiredness and frustration, making weightloss harder to achieve and impossible to maintain. Rest, relaxation and rewards will inevitably lead to a more fulfilling and healthier lifestyle. As well as more successful and sustained weight loss.
