Sometimes souring moments in the life of a person make life so miserable and a person is unable to express the feelings to the beloved ones. So due to this helpless situation, a person starts to bottle up the feelings in their heart. The bad happenings sometimes belong to the family, or occasionally belong to professional life. But a person could not express his or her feelings to the beloved ones just because a person wants to avoid giving any type of tension and stress to the person whom a person loves a lot.

A person constantly gathers the miserable feeling in the inner side and starts to carry a burden of the miserable situations. But there comes a limit when a person can't hold these feelings due to miserable consequences and these consequences are in the form of depression, stress, and many other undigested conditions for a person.

This is the consequence of what can happen if you bottle up your feelings for too long and don’t give yourself space to just let it all out so that you don’t feel overwhelmed by emotions.

Human beings were not made to be a container where we just keep everything inside. Similar to how things can overflow or explode once it reaches their maximum capacity, it’s the same thing with human emotions. Once we reach our maximum capacity, we will either overflow or explode.

As far as our close relations are concerned it sometimes becomes unbearable to tolerate the feelings and remain with them for too long. So try to tolerate the miserable feelings to some extent, don't overflow or over-burden them otherwise these bottle-up feelings make your inner side constantly shallow. The shallow person becomes useless like an empty mind.

Try to prevent yourself from getting into the tortured world and let not make yourself a depressive person. Keeping feelings and emotions bottled up inside is never a good thing. It always leads a person towards the nightmare sight of life because when a person is dark from the inside he or she becomes unable to see the lighter side of life. Persons make themselves feel like a ticking time bomb, and they are waiting for something to trigger that explosion, that once it goes off, it does take a while for you to calm back down and gather your thoughts essentially it will be some time before you think rationally again. It's a better decision for a person to let go or have an outlet to let your feelings and emotions of frustration, anger, sadness, etc., out. It will help a person to cope better with other stressful situations, not just personal but professional as well.

All human beings were made to last, to be resilient, but we can’t be all of that if we continuously keep every last bit of feelings and emotions and especially the negative ones locked up inside.

It is essential to let them out so that we can keep storing new ones. Try to rehabilitate your inner selves by taking out the bitter and scorching feelings and relief yourselves internally.

The cycle of life continues and the person has to go through this cycle. So try to make yourself strong enough to handle your emotions, feelings, and stresses and it is much better to not bottle up yourself always. Don’t keep them bottled inside. It’s not good for your health, and not good for your relationships. Open up, let it all out, you will feel much better and your future self will thank you for it.
