Blinking is an excellent method to relax your eyes, serving three functions: lubrication, cleansing, and providing a respite from light. With infrequent blinking, your eyes can become dry, leading to inflammation and diminished vision. Open and close your eyelids quickly without straining. Regularly practicing this exercise will help you develop the habit of frequent blinking. It can be performed anywhere for 30 to 60 seconds. This practice is particularly beneficial for individuals engaged in tasks requiring sustained attention.

2: Rotate your head while maintaining a forward gaze. This exercise enhances blood circulation in your eyes. Begin by slowly turning your head from right to left, then from up to down, all while keeping your eyes fixed straight ahead. You can allocate 30 to 60 seconds for this exercise, depending on the amount of free time available. Your eyes are one of the most vital sensory organs, and vision significantly impacts various aspects of your life. Allocate 10 minutes daily to perform this exercise, regardless of your age, for excellent eyesight. Conclude the exercise in a calm manner before proceeding.

3: Shift your gaze to the right and left. Again, you can perform this exercise for 30 to 60 seconds. Get comfortable, and let's begin. To execute it correctly, start by looking to your right slowly, inhaling as far to the right as possible without strain. Then, gradually move your gaze to the left while exhaling. Remember to perform the exercise slowly. After completion, close your eyes for a few seconds.

4: Close your eyes and relax. Darkness helps strengthen the photoreceptor cells in your eyes, thereby contributing to clear vision. Simply close your eyes and lean back, ensuring complete relaxation of your eyelids. Focus on something you enjoy, such as future vacations or other pleasant thoughts, and keep your eyes closed for at least 30 seconds.

Begin by looking from right to left for five seconds, then from up to down for another five seconds. Next, rotate your eyes in a circular motion for 10 to 15 seconds. Finally, trace a figure eight with your eyes, taking your time.

6: Alternate between closing and opening your eyes. This exercise helps relax your eye muscles and increases blood circulation in your eyes. Close your eyes tightly for 3 to 5 seconds, then open them. Repeat this sequence seven times.

7: Apply gentle pressure to your temples with your fingers. This exercise improves the flow of intraocular fluids. Slightly press against your temples and maintain the pressure for approximately two seconds. Repeat the exercise four to five times.

8: Draw geometric figures with your gaze. While keeping your eyes open, use your gaze to draw simple geometric figures. You can start with a triangle, followed by a rectangle, square, and circle. Gradually progress to more complex shapes like a trapezium and a parallelepiped.

9: Move your eyeballs up and down. Begin by closing your eyes, then slowly move your eyeballs up and down. Repeat this motion slowly with your eyes closed, five to ten times.

10: Strengthen your eyes through near and far focusing. Sit in a chair or stand in front of a blank wall.
