In fact, a lot of people around us regard running as a very amazing sport, and their waistcoats and hips are all exercised by running. In fact, this is very unrealistic, because many people may not understand what kind of sport running is.

Before we choose running, we should think about why we are doing it, what benefits you can get from running, and whether it is consistent with your purpose, so that we can make it clear that we are running.

There may be many purposes for running, some people are to slim down, some people simply want to exercise to pass the time, no matter which purpose, running is helpful to some extent, but running is not magic, it is not magical to the extreme effect.

Let's look at the different purposes of running, whether running is suitable for these purposes, and whether running is suitable for different body types.

In the first case, a very heavy person with a very high percentage of body fat. This kind of people in the body must be very dissatisfied, so the top priority is to reduce the body fat content, then we can burn the body fat.

If fat loss is a top priority, a long jog is appropriate, but not very appropriate. This is appropriate because jogging is a typical aerobic exercise, in which the body burns energy and loses fat during long runs.

Although each cardio will not consume much fat, but this is a relatively slow process, as long as you work hard, over a period of time you will be able to see the effect, and the change is more obvious.

It's not suitable because very heavy people are not suitable for long distance jogging, because the impact between our body and the ground when we run goes through the knee joints, which are often under four times our body weight during jogging.

A lot of weight is easy to damage the knee joint, which is also very unfavorable for us to do sports for a long time, we need to be healthy, so we can't take this risk. For very heavy people, brisk walking is recommended.

In the second case, the body is more symmetrical and has a little flab. This condition, which we call mesomorphic body type, is the most suitable for fitness exercise, whether you want to gain muscle or lose fat, is very easy to appear results.

This situation is actually more suitable for strength training, aerobic running is just auxiliary, the purpose is to increase muscle definition and enhance the body line sense, the role is not very strong, strengthening the body muscle is a good figure must.

If you want a butt, you have to strength train. Our butt has fat and muscle. It's the muscle that gives you a butt, the fat just makes it look like it's falling down.

If you want a vest line, you need more strength training, at the same time with a little aerobic, aerobic will not make you grow muscle, strength training can strengthen the abdominal muscles, only when the abdominal muscles are strong, we can see the vest line.

Third, people with very low body fat. When we exercise, we often see some people with very low body fat percentage. This kind of people are not suitable for aerobic jogging, because they have too little fat in the body. What they need to get better is to build muscle.

Want to buttocks and waistline, need a certain low body fat requirements, but this is not the most important, more important than low body fat is muscle, because we have a lot of people around us, very light weight, but do not have a lot of muscle, so do not see waistline and buttocks, figure is not good.
