One of the biggest areas I have noticed that most people do not pay attention too when struggling to lose weight is their liver function, crazy right! Speaking to most of the people who I have trained, putting in countless time in the gym and diet after diet but not seeing the results they wanted, so I started to do research to see if there was anything I can do to help further their progress.

Are you struggling with low energy and stubborn belly fat that just won’t budge? Turns out, it's not your fault.

In 2023, an esteemed team of scientific researchers discovered just one common factor in all overweight women and men - compromised liver function. And the one thing common in skinny people? Optimal liver function!

When I started to mention these findings to my peers the common response was well, I don’t have any of the side effects mentioned with liver issues! but that's when I explained you’re probably aware, one of your liver’s main functions is to cleanse your body of all of the chemicals and toxins you’re exposed to through food, drugs, alcohol and the environment in general.

The one thing that no one I spoke to mentioned though was the knowledge that the liver is also the body's main burning furnace for fat!

Everything you eat or drink eventually reaches your liver for processing.

The liver then determines if the food we eat, regardless of how healthy or unhealthy it is, will get burned as energy or if it will be stored as stubborn body fat.

Unfortunately, there are over 85,000 toxic substances regularly consumed through the food we eat, the water we drink, and the air we breathe that wreak havoc on our livers. This in turn causes the liver to over work and not put the attention where we want it.

This causes slow metabolism, low energy and excess belly fat.

However, the great news is studies show that with optimal liver function, your liver cells can be up to 14 times more efficient at burning fat and calories on autopilot.

This came as a big surprise to me and my fellow peers in the gym because the main focus is always, push harder or go to the gym more maybe even change or add workouts. On the other hand, what can i do to adjust my diet, add different foods or take away certain types of food. I knew there had to be more so I dug deeper into finding a concrete solution.

After doing more research and helping my peers try a few different methods both physical and a few weight loss supplements, cardiovascular workouts are a great way to burn stubborn fat but a few of my friends were still struggling or having low energy as a main side effect to supplements. I was able to find a few that dramatically helped, one of the main ones I recommended is Liv Pure. The results after 30 - 60 days of use, I couldn’t believe, and neither could my peers and friends that I recommend this amazing product too! So, I encourage you if you are having a hard time shedding that difficult body weight and you're putting in the work, countless hours in the gym or working out at home and going through your days with low energy. It's not your fault your liver may needed a healthy boost to get you looking and feeling amazing all around!
