Job Classes and the Person Within

In this new fun piece of a story, I would like to share with you all what I understood about some job classes that people do for a living and what it takes for them to be able to be that, the professions they are. Some people are just right for the professions that they are in, and some are just not cut out to be them. In order to excel in those jobs, I list down some guides on what you must possess within before taking the next career choice or change.

1. Admin

Anyone who enjoys working as an admin is inside a very dull and boring person. He or she enjoys the peace of being very dull and bored. During the weekends, apart from work, an admin would sit around in his or her couches and watches television, much to the astonishment of many people. Didn't he or she likes anything else? It's so boring. The way an admin speaks to you is signatory, he or she will be straight to the point, because he or she doesn't likes beating around the bush, it's just too much fun.

2. HR

Anyone who works as a HR personnel is very structured inside. How is 'very structured' explained. It's simple, imagine a house, a window is obviously a windows, you cannot come in to the house from a window. You must go through the main door to come in the house. It's the same with HR, if you are only a diploma holder, you probably aren't allowed to take on a degree holder's job scope. The same if you don't really possess the right experience and knowledge, you just wouldn't fit in what the HR person is looking for. A HR person would go into a coffee shop and places order as if they are applying for it, then go on to wait submissively for his or her plate of meal. He or she wouldn't barge in and sit around waiting to be asked of his or her meal orders. How structured they are is important, because they need to be accountable for the rise and fall of the organization they organize. If a beam in a tall building ain't place right, it may collapse! And yeah, they love filing up documents neatly. Also, they are usually lovely and loveable people.

3. IT Support

These guys love challenges. They love it if there are new staffs onboarding next week. They put up themselves with a challenge to prepare the new PC set by the time the new guy or girl comes in for work. They also enjoys setting up the latest IT infrastructures, deploying the latest ERP software, solving problems that may creep up every now and then. Because all these works are challenges, it makes them even more excited if it is the latest and trendiest. Not just because of all the manuals they have to plough through, but also putting up with the sleepless nights they have to go through. They love serving another with the support they may render. They like to challenge themselves if they could do this or that faster, better, smarter or anything greater. That's what the IT support guys are like, brash!

4. Accountant

An accountant always have a thing for numbers. They kind of love money. If there's money anywhere, that's where they would go. Actually they like calculation. They like calculation because they have a behavior of wanting more and more of whatever. In other words, actually they are greedy people. That's why corporation bosses hire them to be greedy for them. They the true money makers! Greed is good for these people.

5. Engineer

Engineers have a knack for crafting and building stuffs. They seldom speaks but they think a lot. They think about almost anything they see or hear or whatever. Engineers read a lot. They constantly devour mountains of information from anywhere and everywhere. Engineers are thinkers!

6. Soldier

A soldier likes everything war. He or she would probably have played a bunch of real-time strategy games like Age of Empires and Starcraft. A soldier is extremely murderous to the point that he or she is considered very dangerous. He or she would scheme and scheme on the battlefield situations, put up some ruses, divert some enemies, and all kinds of setups in order to win wars. This is just their passion, which is fighting battles.
