There are many career options when you've earned a degree in accounting. To become an auditor, someone needs to go to two years of schooling and pass a test called "CPA Exam". He or she can opt for accounting and auditing as a specialty, which is another great career option, in itself. However, the qualifications for this course can be quite extensive, which is a great scenario, only if you're looking for further accounting careers after you've passed the CPA Exams.

Many accounting career options can be overwhelming and especially if you end up studying through an online program. Some of these options include a career in accounting compliance, tax accounting, auditing, and corporate accounting.

When choosing a specialization, students need to consider which accounting field they are most interested in, whether it be auditing or corporate accounting or anything else. Like with any other job, it's a good idea to research and consider other options in order to make your decision, have a good selection, and stay in the loop to avoid any stressful situation when choosing what accountancy job to take.

With so many career option after auditor, you'll need all the tools you can have in order to be hired in an efficient accounting career. Most of these career options will require some experience on your part, although, the hours are usually flexible, and the pay is higher compared to other entry-level careers.

However, many people achieve success faster by starting off small, and following this through. Nevertheless, accounting career paths are many and varied, and you will find a variety of opportunities and a huge job market. You will also need to make up your mind on which type of accountant you want to be, and deciding on one specific path will help you tailor your scouting less.

There are many more options after accounting career, even outside the realm of accounting. Your desire to be an auditing accountant may include checking out other career options in terms of financial services, management, and many more. So, consider all the options available and after all, you'll learn from your peers how to become the best of what other pool of accountants have to offer.

If you want to become a corporate auditor, you'll need to complete your three-year bachelor's degree, one which has a major in finance, or business administration, or accounting. And, you'll need to take the written test, given by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and pass it. The difference between an accounting officer and a corporate auditor is about four years, so great knowledge, skills and education are required.

As a forensic accountant, you will need to maintain a good grade in all the courses, including four-year bachelor's degree, two-year master's degree, one filled with project work, and one that has been accredited by the accounting specialty scandals service committee. You will also need to take the CPA Exams, and complete the six-day conference course held before the exam. You will also also need to find a company, who will offer individual help you with the job as well as offer you significant salary better than you could ever receive being in the company's regular staff.

If you wish to become a public accounting officer, you could also look into the possibility of becoming a government auditor. Government auditors are required to ensure that government entities complete their financial reports and records, which is why you will need to make sure to take your state's CPA Exam and pass it with good grades. Not only this, you will also need to give up many of the benefits of an accounting job, since there may be conflicting interest within the government auditor job, with the government and the ordinary citizen, and considerations must be given to how government accountants receive their compensation.
