Understanding the purpose:

A person is more likely to purchase a product if it is one that has been propose an advice by another similar individual. This is the Principe you must know in order to understand the customer case study. Since it is a form of way to relate the product to the person you are looking forward to target. A customer case study is the review of a positive experience that a client had with your product. And you will use that experience to advice another ordinary client of the product since this will mean that they could relate to the product and that is the main point of it to be able to make them relate to the product.

Description:

You have to make sure that before you make the customer case study video you have identify who it is you are willing to target and made sure that the person you are aiming for is similar to the person in the video this include the thing that you will usually associate with your client. You first must look at the client information like age, gender, interest and location if needed. This are the types of things that you will associate your product with when trying to target someone.

Because remember that before selling a product, you first must know who will be interested in it. Then market the product only to those people. So in this case you identify who will be interested in the product base on those factors, then you will use someone that share the same interest to experience the product. You do not want to make the customer case study advert until that client has a complete positive view of the product.

Understanding the reason:

You may be focusing on why it will be the case of first waiting for the person who is like the client to have complete positive view of the product before promoting it. And the reason is clear. The person you will show as the customer you did the case study on, will be a person that will have the same interest as the client you are willing to target. So if there is anything that they will find as negative during their product experience, then it will be very likely that the client will also find those same negative point on the product since both will have the same interest.

Which is why you first must make sure that the person you are using to experience the product does not have any negative view of the product before you do the customer case study advert. Meaning that you should not just get any individual to make claims on the product on which they did not use. Because you want to make sure that when the client use the product, they do experience all the positive point that the customer case study advert pointed out which conveyed them to buy the product

The ideal impact:

Remember that people are more likely to buy a product if it has been advised by a similar person like them. When the client you are willing to target sees a customer case study advert about a product that is aimed at convincing them to buy that product they will buy that product based on all of the positive point that the person in the advert has said and since and that is w hat w ill get them to buy the product since they will be able to related to that person.

And if the product they bought do have all of the positive point that the advert made and they get to experience it, then they too w ill recommend that product to other people or other individual like them meaning that they will in a sense promote your product for you and get more client to buy your product.

But on the other hand if they have been convince to buy a product by a customer case study that makes lots of claims and they buy the product but do not finally get the expected experience then they will advise your product to others as one that they do not have a good experience with and how they too might not have a good experience with. Just like individual are more likely to buy a product if it is recommended by another similar individual, they are also more likely to not purchase a product if it is advised similar individuals.

Form of improving:

So you should make sure that all the claims that is in the customer case study advert is what they will experience with the product if they do buy it. Since they will advise your product to others is, they do have the positive claims been made in the customer case study. Meaning that you will have more buying. So you need to make sure that the client do experience what is In the customer case study advert.

And for that to happen you first must make sure that the person in the customer case study has all positive experience of the product on the overall. This is done by first getting them to experience the product and see if they find any disadvantage of the product. And if they do you will identify how to make fix those disadvantages with those very same people. Because remember they represent the end client you are willing to target.

Meaning that if they point out one thing that they do think will be a solution to your product, then it is likely that the end client will also see it as a solution to that original product. So you must make sure that any disadvantages that they point out you fix it with their concern and carry on until there is no negative point on the product. Then you could make the customer case study.

3. Make them experience the product and highlight any possible

drawbacks

4. Correct the possible drawback with their contribution

5. Carry on encouraging them to find drawback and correct it with them

6. After they have analyzed all the drawbacks make an advert of the

product

7. Promote the customer case study to the original client you were
