3. Encourage customer reviews on your site Customer reviews are an excellent way to engage and convert. When customers see others have left positive reviews, they're more likely to trust you with their own business.

4. Be a positive brand presence on social media. The extensive three social networks, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, are all great ways to boost your credibility and connect with your customers.
