👋🏾 Its EDB, thats Erik DeSean Barrett, excited because SRPING IS IN THE AIR… Marked by the astronomical definition, spring which occurs between the spring equinox and the summer solstice is dependent on equinoxes (‘equinox’ — Latin for ‘equal night.’) YEP, totally was about that copied and paste life. SpringTime is One of four seasons including summer, fall, and winter, each accompanied by a change in weather, spring, the first of the calendar year, is characterized by warmer, brighter temperatures, increase in rainfall, the bloom of flowers, and the grand return of certain animals (bears, bats hedgehogs, wood frogs, among many others); sometimes spring also is characteristic of storms and tornadoes.

Speaking of Storms, Lets talk Vladimir Putin. This week he welcomes for a state visit Chinese President Xi Jinping. This is the uniting of two men who have positioned themselves as leaders for life — and it sets the table for global confrontation, by provides a giant morale boost; a chance to show their penis is big too, and the new world order forged on Ukraine, will leave NATO and these states united powerless. Is it the dawn of WORLD WAR III, or the remix of The Cold War, only God and Putins Bartender can tell ya. It seems the main event bout is taking shape. On one side sits China, Russia and Iran lining up against the United States, Britain and other NATO allies, with counties like South Africa and the Saudi Arabia up for grabs. Then again, I doubt the Saudi’s will do much, as they’re getting what they want in Jake Paul, WWE, and Max V in a race car..

One leader who isn’t in the conversation for a lifetime membership at the suck my dick, I’m God Club, is Emmanuel Macron. The French government has survived a vote of no confidence but Emmanuel Macron continues to face protests and strikes over his decision to use executive powers to push through an unpopular rise in the pension age. Opposition politicians in parliament accused him of arrogance, denying democracy and failing to learn from the anti-government protest movement four years ago. A rare united front of trade unions has led street protests and on-off strikes since January in protest at the pension changes. Polls show two-thirds of the French public are against the pension plan.

Wait, you said change!! We’re Talking about Climate right? Should we? Joseph Winters tells us someone believes we should, writing… Immediate action is needed to ensure ‘a livable future for all. the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, or IPCC, a United Nations body of leading climate experts from around the world met Monday March 20, 2023, concluding..

Current and future risks from climate change are far worse than previously estimated, but urgent action is still possible to secure a livable future for all. The choices and actions implemented in this decade will have impacts now and for thousands of years. This report is a clarion call to massively fast-track climate efforts. In short, our world needs climate action on all fronts — everything, everywhere, all at once.

-U.N. Secretary-General António Guterres

Every few years since its founding in 1988, the group has published a major assessment on the latest climate science — including how climate change is impacting people and nature and what the world can do to mitigate it.

Let’s Talk about Nancy Pelosi. Maddam for the first time in political life says she feels completely emancipated. Pelosi, 82, insists that she's not looking over the shoulder of the new leadership team she paved the way for, rather enjoying her new freedom as Nancy on the Hill, the honorific speaker emerita, instead of the speaker of the House. She has to find new ways to fill her calendar because she has no committee assignments and loathes downtime. She can do other fun stuff like…. issue a surprise conditional endorsement for Rep. Adam B. Schiff (D-Burbank) in his Senate bid against Reps. Katie Porter (D-Irvine) and Barbara Lee (D-Oakland). The condition was that she would support him only if California Sen. Dianne Feinstein didn't seek reelection. The endorsement was a consequence of her emancipation: She likely would've stayed out of the race if she were still in leadership. Pelosi has served in Congress since she won a special election in the summer of 1987. She spent two decades in leadership, including two historic stints as the first — and so far only — female speaker of the House.

"I love being a member of Congress, It's actually fun."

Maddam since you’re looking for something to do? Ever thought about walking? Experts weigh in on the benefits. America is getting fit. Gyms are so crowded, one can spot, gaining a complementary lap dance in the process, then we have 5K races, marathons, and folks who just want a shoe maker on retainer. What about  the fitness app market? Its expected to reach 30 billion by the end of the decade. According to Daryl Austin, over at the USA TODAY. walking provides many of the same mental and physical health benefits as other aerobic exercises – but with less effort and strain on one's body. Walking is considered an important form of exercise for many reasons, but its primary benefit is that it's good for the heart. Its cardiovascular advantages include better circulation, which lowers blood pressure and one's heart rate, and improved cardiac output – the heart's ability to pump blood throughout the body.

Two recent studies published by the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA), also show that walking between 2,000 to 10,000 steps each day reduces the risk of heart disease and cancer, and decreases the likelihood of a premature death by at least 10%. boost one's metabolism, improve cholesterol levels, reduce the risk of stroke, strengthen bones and increase one's energy levels. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends  participating in a "moderate-intensity aerobic activity such as brisk walking for 150 minutes every week" - the equivalent of 30 minutes each weekday.

APART from all of that science stuff. I wanna see more people walking, if only to get them out the house. People TIM MCLAUGHLIN. Who COMMANDED a Marine Corps tank platoon that took part in some of the earliest fighting of the U.S. invasion of Iraq. Like many veterans, the experience left him with post-traumatic stress and conflicted feelings about the war. His story, thanks to Murtaza Hussain, of the Intercept_ recalls not just his experience (TM) but provides awareness for what many who lace up the boots of these states united go through. Tim chose to cope by becoming the watchman of an old city like Iraq

I just wanted to be able to go to a country that had experienced mass trauma and to see how people dealt with it. What I learnt is that for people who experience it, trauma never goes away. The idea of going to war is horrible. When people are talking about it on TV, they are talking about something that is not real to them. When it becomes real to you, it stays real to you your whole life.

In addition to hundreds of thousands of Iraqis killed in the war, it is estimated that roughly 4,500 U.S. service members died in Iraq. Many thousands more were wounded, often with debilitating injuries that have required long-term care and made a return to normal life impossible. TRUTHBETOLD. This piece of business can be declared super political, and most who suffer would prefer to not to know about this, no alone talk about it. It has been the struggle of my life to see just how to because an ally of these tremendously awesomesauce warriors.

UNTIL NEXT TIME - EDB
