Let's welcome Jeremiah D. MacRoberts to my little interview blog. He has been writing all of his life, publishing for the last 10 years. He is a versatile author writing in various genres, including science fiction and fantasy. He is currently writing a 10-part series, "Swords of Faith," and a sci-fi series, "Starscape Chronicles."

Let's hop into the interview and find out what motivates Jeremiah to spin his tales.

What motivated you to start writing?

Jeremiah: A love of stories.

What is the most frustrating aspect of writing?

Jeremiah: Hammering out pages when I've already thought through a concept very completely.

What do you love about writing?

Jeremiah: The ability to examine dilemmas from multiple POVs without the baggage of real-world/life assumptions and alliances.

What's your biggest challenge as a writer?

Jeremiah: Consistency in time spent at the keyboard.

How do you deal with a negative review? and the positive ones?

Jeremiah: Negative ratings without a review drive me nuts. I've yet to receive a genuinely negative review, but I'd try to learn from the criticism.

What is your favorite book or series?

Jeremiah: The Moon is a Harsh Mistress by Robert A. Heinlein

Who is your favorite character?

Jeremiah: Dy Curyn

Who is your least favorite character?

Jeremiah: Ruffis

How do you choose your character's names?

Jeremiah: There is no one way. Rule of cool, mostly.

Do you have a favorite quote that you would like to share with your readers?

"Every nation has the government it deserves." — Joseph de Maistre
