The Creator Within

My name is Cheryl A Nocera owner and creater of CTS Cheryl's Talk Show. I was able to interview a very talented, strong Spanish song writer, Jo El Cambio. In his interview he talks about the struggles he faces as a person, artist, and as a songwriter he found his passion, strength, and creativiy through his songs. Also, the challanges he faces as a songwriter, local artist, and entertainer.

Jo El Cambio mentions how much money it cost, the challenges of getting recognized as a songwriter, local artist, and entertainer. May of us know we love when people can read what we wrote, hear our songs, music, and see what we created. I applaud Jo El Cambio for his persistance to break down those walls of opportunties, dreams, and promises for him, and other artist who just want to be heard and seen by others. Also, want give recognition to him for trying to change the way people look at certain music genres like R&B, Reggaton, Rap, and Hip Hop. Because he wants his songs to be about love, power of the person and message they want people to hear, and create a space for peace. For a young artist, he is very engaged with his art, providing information to other local artists, while paving the way to a better path for others to follow.

Being in the music industry is not easy. There are a people that say, anyone can write a song, poem, or story. Honestly, that is not true. There are many people that can do all of those things, but to be an artist, and be out there you have to a special skill. I know he brushed on it a little bit. Putting yourself out there for others to hear, and see takes a lot of practice, hard work, and that person also faces so many challanges along the way. Some to point of breaking, and saying forget it. This is not worth it. His strength shows the person he is.

An interesting article to add to what he was saying I found on google. https://blog.reverbnation.com/2017/11/06/5-songwriter-struggles/ mentions 5 common struggles a songwriter has which are second guessing, inspiration, faced with a bad blank page, getting exposure, and making money while doing so.

Joe El Cambio also mentions that he is a film creator, so when his album is finished he will be working on short films. I have seen a few of his videos, and they are powerful, as well as entertaining. I will be sharing links to his songs in this article.

The picture I chose is called the Creator Within, because the light acts as the creativity he has with him, while breaking down the dark walls around him. When one looks at the picture you can see the light shining through which represents his creativity. He is a true artist, and I hope other others artist that listen to this interview understand the passion he has for his art. You can even hear it in his voice.

Also, Jo mentions in the interview anyone is welcome to reach out to him. I also ask that you comment on his songs, and any questions you have for him I know he will try to help where he can. As well as, if you have any comments on this article I would appreciate it.

After listening to the interview with him I wanted people to hear his story, message his songs and what they are saying, and feel his passion.
