We need to move up to a higher definition of emotions and feelings, buried under the deepest layers of sexual dysphoria. We need to make ourselves feel that we no longer have to spend a lot of time hating our bodies to enjoy our existence.

As researchers on gay and lesbian rights, men and women, and men and women (LGBT) we have documented many cases of violence and discrimination against transgender people in other parts of the world. Transgender people are forced to engage in degrading practices in countries they consider to be the enlightenment of LGBT rights, including European and Latin American countries and the US, changing their documents including gender reassignment, forced ban, psychological testing, long waits, and divorce.

In addition to this vast knowledge of the crime, past people have made great strides in recent years, and legal recognition of sex is a critical step toward preventing abuse.

People who fall under the "transgender" umbrella are some of the most disadvantaged groups in society.
