The Blind Date

ALEXANDRA’S POV

It was a beautiful Afternoon I am sitting at a cute little Café by the beach waiting for Noah my blind date. I decided to come early just so I can gather my thoughts and I was nervous so I ordered a glass of Merlot just to ease my nerves. I close my eyes and lean my head against the wall the silence is beautiful… I am not sure how long I am there for when I hear heavy footsteps heading towards me. I open my eyes the sun is so bright it causes me to squint once my eye sight finally settles the man standing in front of me takes my breath away. “hi you must be Alexandra” “hi" I answered my voice softer than I meant it to be “you must be Noah please have a seat “I say as single to the chair in front of me. Noah is tall, with black hair and a well-kept beard, his lips are beyond perfect and his eyes are the perfect mahogany, he has a killer smile that shines brighter than the sun . “ I am in trouble” I thought this man will become more important than anyone else has ever been. We begin talking and the conversation just flows its easy he takes my hand and electricity surges through my body; my heart is finally awake. Noah looks at me and says “let’s go for a walk on the beach" ….

Noah POV

I have an hour before my blind date and I am sitting here in my room contemplating what I should wear I know we’ll be close to the beach so I go with a plain while t- shirt and some casual shorts. Once I am ready, I head down to a quaint little café that is situated right by the beach. I walk slowly and take in my surroundings the waves crashing, the seagull’s overhead everything is beautiful about this day. I am a little nervous because I’ve never been on a blind date in my entire life “I wonder what she’s like?”. As I get closer to the café, I see a woman playing with her glass of wine while her head it against the wall she seems peaceful. This woman looks up just as I reach her “hi you must be Alexandra?” I say her voice is so soft I almost doesn’t reach me. Alexandra takes my breath away; she has the most beautiful eyes the right eye is brown and the other is green … more like a hazel. Her hair reaches the small of her back and her smile makes my heart skip a beat. As she motions me to sit I another glass or Merlot and we begin talking … after what seem like a long while I take her hand and we begin walking towards the beach. The sun is nearly settling when we walk back to her apartment the conversation doesn’t stop until we are standing in front of her door. I go in for a hug and her smell is heavenly she smells like flowers which I love. My eyes drift down to her lips wanting so bad to kiss her, but I know that the instant our lips touch I will be done for.

ALEXANDRA POV

I can see his eyes wondering to my mouth and lingering there for what seems like a long time “do I want him to kiss me? … Yes! “. I close the gap that was between us he seems so right he lights me up and I’ve only known him 1 day. Before I know it his lips softly meet mine the kiss starts off soft and slow but in no time, I am against my door one of his hand s one my hip and the other on my jaw. The kiss is heated and sexy … from that moment on our lives were intertwined I have found the love of my life and my soul couldn’t be happier. The End.
