Every sign has stars in their eyes, but Aries eyes have fire in them. We passionate Rams fly through life like an arrow on fire and we don’t really care if we hit the target or not. We are up for almost anything and immediately ready to go. A trip to Europe next week? Wouldn’t miss it. Marathon to run? Absolutely. You want to spy on your ex through the window? Let’s go.

Taking life on headfirst is a strength of us Aries. It can also be our fault. Risky, hardheaded and quick to anger are all accusations thrown at the Ram. We are often all of those things, but we do have positive qualities. We are childlike, resilient and have really big hearts.

We do guard or hearts even though we are always shoving them in your face. We protect our families and friends with fierce loyalty. Please, don’t cross us Rams. We are very patient people until pushed and then we may explode in a volcano of anger or spin into a tornado of destruction, yours and our own.

We are smart. We knew what you were doing. We were bigger and braver than your immature snide remarks. We won’t hold onto a grudge, but we do keep track of wrongdoings. We Aries are not pushovers. Mistaking an Aries niceness for weakness is just dumb.

Let’s say you didn’t show up for work on time, didn’t complete your half of the presentation, told the boss it was somehow our fault and then went off to powder your nose. We may follow you, tell you no one is as ugly as you are on the inside and outside AND say it loud enough for the entire office to hear. We don’t give a damn if the office starts staring and whispering. We are now marching to the boardroom to make sure our boss knows the truth. If we get fired oh well. We should be running our own business anyways.

Last summer we almost started that t-shirt business, the summer before we won the taco contest and swore we would start a taco truck one day. In high school we prob had a personal training business or worked with the school newspaper where we could really run our mouths and (nicely) boss people around.

One more thing you should know about us is we are always ready for happy hour. We may not drink a lot but we can observe, be observed and show off our sense of style. We don’t dress for show but we show what we have. We know we look good. We aren’t vain but love to admire ourselves in the mirror. We are curious about our constant transformation, internally and externally.

We don’t mind dining alone, shopping alone, travelling alone and living life alone. Such strong spirits need a match made in heaven for it to last. Quick to give our love and quick to take it away we require upkeep and energy that matches our own. We will always forgive you if you say your sorry and mean it. We don’t hold grudges. But do not lie to us. We are childlike in nature and smell a fake from a mile away. We wound like small children too. Please, be kind to us and supportive of our dreams even if they fall though or never come true at all. Your love means so much to us and the reward of having us in your life will be great.

P.S. Don’t forget to buy us tacos on our birthday and flowers and cake and bring us presents in fun wrapping paper. Don’t forget we have plans for dinner and drinks and make certain you actually TELL US “Happy Birthday”. Don’t be upset we wonder away and talk to strangers after you put so much planning into the decorations. Don’t flirt with our date or we may not be friends an hour from now. Again, cake, lots of cake. Ridiculous amounts of cake and flowers. Also, kisses. Hugs and kisses and cake is really all we need. We will love you forever and always.
