Puberty in boys is manifested progressively, in a period of life, and resides in the transformations that the body begins to go through, most of them even comparing the changes they have undergone with those of other boys. This curiosity is justifiable, given that, after an age, more precisely around 14–15 years, boys are concerned about the stage at which the transformations of the body have reached.

That's why, even in their minds, a kind of sense of competitiveness begins to set in compared to other friends of the same age, somewhere around 10 years old, they even come into conflict for a girl they like. A relevant example, in this case, is the little hatred that can occur between two kindergarten colleagues, because a girl pays more attention to one, to the detriment of another.

These are not necessarily sexual desires, but rather the need to dominate the opposite sex, to be part of the small circle that a girl can open inside a group. Sexual desires make their presence felt much faster, that is, from a younger age, but they translate completely differently, being rather perceived as a game like any other.

However, sexual maturity begins before the age of 10, once the growth of the sexual organs is stimulated, this process manifests itself differently from one boy to another. In other words, puberty in boys manifests itself in a completely different way from one to another.

The first sign that announces puberty is somewhere around the age of 10, even 11 years, and is represented by the onset of testicular development, which also secretes sex hormones, called testosterone.

Even so, the age depends on each boy, it is normal for the testicles to develop even starting at the age of 13 or even 9 years, as I specified. These are not necessarily two extremes, but rather two normal values, whether we are talking about a boy living in a rural area or an urban one.

The environment has nothing to do with puberty in boys, here, referring, of course, to healthy environments and not to those that can slow down the process of transformation and, at the same time, can cause mutations. In this sense, unfortunately, there are countless cases, especially in extremely polluting areas, but these mutations appear from the first years of life, being even visible from the first second after the birth of the baby.

However, we will only refer to normal environments, although many aberrant theories argue that urban boys, for example, develop more slowly than rural boys. These so-called studies are not supported at all, the specialists categorizing them as embarrassing and without any basis in reality. Finally, around the age of 12, the genital organ begins to elongate, thus appearing the first hairs in the pubic area.

Many feel ashamed, especially if the father does not explain to them that these transformations are completely normal and are part of the process of puberty in boys.

Moreover, the father should explain to the boy the following changes that will eventually occur. Then, after the genitals begin to elongate, at the age of 12–13, she will have her first ejaculation, most likely in her sleep.

At the same time, he will begin to grow in height, and his voice will begin to change slightly. We know that these changes are due to sex hormones, namely testosterone. On the other hand, doctors warn parents who notice that their boys did not start these changes until they were 15 years old.

The latter will be given testosterone, and the doctor will monitor them once every half year, or whenever he deems it necessary. For example, up to 14–15 years old, the hairs must appear in the pubic area, a few in the armpit, and the constitution, respectively the skeleton, must change significantly for the boy. These may be signs of a condition such as diabetes.

In many cases, a 14–15-year-old boy will become slightly more aggressive, even ruder, although this is not necessarily a sign of puberty, if it does occur, it is normal, as long as the manifestation does not go beyond acceptable limits. But a clear sign of puberty in boys is, without a doubt, acne, which parents may notice from an early age.

In over 70% of cases, acne occurs during puberty, it lasts even a little over the age of 18–19 years, respectively up to 20–22 years. If after this age the acne persists, it is advisable to consult a dermatologist, as the causes may be completely different.

Even so, owning one is still beyond the reach of the average person. Then there is facial hair, somewhere around the age of 15–16, most boys have some attention deficit. However, puberty in boys is manifested between the ages of 12 and 17, respectively, during this period increased in height, and up to 18 years, growing and hair under the armpits, on the hands, possibly on the chest and, of course, usually, on almost all parts of the body, including the legs.

Facial hair is again a sign of puberty in boys. And yet, some have more hair, others less, even at the age of 18, and here, we do not take into account the moment when the teenager began to shave. However, the fact that one boy has less facial hair than another does not mean that the transformation process has not yet begun.

Finally, puberty in boys manifests itself differently from one individual to another, the reasons for concern being few, these, in a few cases, hiding medical causes, such as quite serious conditions, such as diabetes.
