Fan engages Don Jazzy in a heated argument after he posted a video of his signee, Bayanni, showing his drumming skills.

Some fans are ready to take it out on record label owners, as he was not ready to give in to Don Jazzy's pressure. However, this might not be the case as he might have just earned a free business promo from Don Jazzy. According to Don Jazzy's reply, the guy turnout to be a house seller.

As Don Jazzy took to his Twitter page to post Bayanni's video with a caption "Talent full body @itsbayanni "
@Kvng_kac77 replied " Let go of these guys and find better talents out there."

Don Jazzy replied the house seller "Bossman concentrate on selling your houses that you know how to do let me sell my artists. You don't have to buy from me just as I don't want to buy your houses. E no mean say you no go see customer."

The fans didn't give in as he told the Mavins record label boss "The truth is bitter Egbon, the only real talents you have in your team at the moment are Rema, Ayra Star and Johnny Drille. The rest are just above a bit average."

As a prominent person and going on and having an irrelevant banting with an average Nigerian who is only after engagement, Don Jazzy ended it all in one sentence " No wahala sir, me I don't have the qualifications to rate your houses. 🙌🏽"

Speaking of whch, Bayanni has not been that of a great signee but he is showing potential as people are still waiting for him to release a hit song which will prove he is a real artiste. Thanks to Rema, Ayra Star and Tiwa Savage, the Mavins record label is still in limelight as many upcoming artists won't hesitate to join if the record label boss. Don Jazzy, intends to sign them.

Backtrating to when Don Jazzy announced Bayanni as Mavin Record’s latest signing alongside a debut EP, ‘Bayanni EP’. The Mavin signee was announced across all platforms via Don Jazzy’s social media handles on August 23, 2022.

The addition is a product of the Mavin academy, hence, the idea behind the unveiling video which featured skit makers Sabinus and Brain Jotter, demonstrating a lab experiment of something being concocted.

The video caption read;

“It’s that time again when we bring to you another young talent from the Mavin Academy. Meet Bayanni.

He has gone through series of defining moments and is ready to be unveiled to the world. Pls Welcome @itsbayanni , the newest MAVIN.”

Bayanni, formerly known to fans as Zheno Boy, first saw fame when he covered Davido’s ‘Jowo’. Fans expected the DMW boss to sign the lad himself so reactions trailed when Davido took to social media to congratulate Don Jazzy and Bayanni on the signing. In April 2021, he recorded and released a cover of Ckay’s Felony. On October 14, 2021, he released the cover of Jowo by Davido and on the 19th of October, 2021, he released the cover of Peru by Fireboy DML.

Bayanni released his single titled African Beauty on April 12th, 2022. The song was produced by Blaise Beatz, while Michael Synx handled the mixing, and the visuals for the single were shot by Pharouk Damilola Films.

He has also released other singles such as Duro (featuring Frescool), BMW, and Ballerina. The announcement of him joining the Mavins came with a short clip featuring comedian Brain Jotter, Mr. Funny, and Don Jazzy in a lab setting type of video.
