In today's generation, wearing a ring on a finger and walking in the isle with a bouquet may represent a wedding, right? But do these trends also represent marriage? Marriage is taken too lightly by the youth of today. They embark on to supposedly long term relationship without any thinking, rationalization, and proper decision-making just to satisfy their needs and be secured. That is why most of them ended unsuccessful. But, how can we solve these problems if this is rampant and truly inevitable? Well, a possible solution to a pandemic dilemma would be diagnosing the cause, treating the problem, evaluating the solutions, and then do counseling and strengthening.

How do we really solve a marriage problem? Here are some tips that would be of aid and somehow would give you an idea on managing your own malfunctioning relationships:

1. Is there a need to change from you?

Differences are common factor that leads to complications inside a relationship. Thus, assessing oneself is a right solution to solve a common problem like this. As proven by researched and studies, change is definitely a hard thing to do. Most partners would change depending on to their partner's capability to change. But honestly this time, this wouldn't be effective at all. If change is a must, who comes first is really not important at all. Change may also be reciprocating and infectious. Have time to offer your own self to satisfy your partner's own needs, enjoy every moment you have with one another may it be simple or luxurious, have a mindset to be with your partner, and treat each day you have with them as special as possible. As they say every day must be a big day.

5. Forgive yourself and one another.

Past is just another chapter of your life and your relationship. Anything bad that deals with it must be forgiven. Give the gift of forgiveness to one another and don't dwell on those bad happenings. Instead, scan those memories or events and find time and ways to learn from them. Help and motivate your own self and your partner learn from the experiences bot h of you shared. Adjust, relate, and apply everything that you will learn from those experiences. As mentioned above, the solutions to your marital problem would just be coming from the two of you, you and your partner. Help each other, be with each other, and work-out things as a couple embodying openness, understanding, and respect. Hand-in-hand and heart-to-heart efforts will yield a secured and long-lasting relationship.

6. Have Faith.

All aspects of the problem must be resolve accordingly. Some may be resolved by physical, social, and mental aids and it is undeniable that there are some that may be resolve by your own faith alone. The spiritual aspect of your relationship is much vital. Remember, you bowed down before God as you state your covenant for Him and for your partner. Thus, with all the trials and vicissitudes you are up to, you must always believe with all confidence that, by God's power, you can resolve your marriage problems if both of you will work at it as a couple. You must always believe that God, as our almighty creator, will hear and answer your prayers, just have efforts to work for your problems and have true faith for His majesty.

Also let them know that it is crucial that all their cards get on the table. This is because you can't fix things that you don't know about. Finally let them know that you will try to make right any issues that you have caused.
