How to be happy:A surprising lesson on happiness from an african tribe

There was a naturalist who studied the customs and history of the small African nation. She was working in the village at the time, placing gift baskets with delicious fruit from all over and wrapping them with ribbons every day while walking. He drew a line on the ground and looked at the children of the village and told them to run to the trees if anyone found a winning basket.

An expert in human history studied the customs and traditions of far-flung African nations. At this time of day, she works in the village and when she gets home, she makes a gift basket with the most delicious fruit in the district and wraps it with ribbons.

The people in the village were very friendly and it was one of the most hospitable and friendly villages I have ever visited. One of our menus was a banker (okra soup) and fufu (a staple West African staple), an olive-leaf soup with fried grass and beans. The food was so good that it was probably one of the best snacks I have ever eaten in Ghana.

The game Hansberry and I were trying to play was our little way of playing by educating the world about Africa. Bantus is the language and dialect of the most common people in Africa living on the equator. There are many languages and ethnic groups among the people of Africa, but they are one of the many indigenous groups that speak one of these languages.

Bantu is the largest language family and Swahili, consisting of Bantu and Arabic, is spoken regularly. Ashanti or beneath is a reference to the Ashanti people and George Murchison referred to the Songhay Kingdom of Benin, which was also written in the Bantus language and Hansberry himself reflected the knowledge of Africa and its culture. The Ashanti are a people of Ghana, whose empire was based on the iron and gold found in what is now Ghana.

To do this, we need to accept the concept of humanity, extract and disperse the idea that we are divided. We must forget the lessons we have learned, which teach us that one is better than another in religion, race, or social status, we must learn to trust each other more. We must also eradicate the idea that we are alone in this world and we must fight to survive.

It made the point that new employees join the team with more skills and experience than listed in their resume. Feeling part of the nation makes people happy and creates a sense of satisfaction. A group of people who feel connected is like a family, and there is a strong sense of commitment to the whole group to work together and treat each other well.

TEDx is a local, organized event program that brings people together to share TED-like experiences in the spirit of the idea to be distributed. The TEDx event is where TEDtalks, videos, and live speakers come together to promote in-depth conversations and communication in small groups.

Organized local events that bring people together to share feelings like TED are called TEDx or events organized by X. While TED conferences provide a general guide to organizing these events, each of the TEDx events itself is planned.

We often overreact to the impact of adverse events on our lives. The most positive and negative events do not affect our levels of long-term happiness as we believe. Researchers call this the resulting choice, and we tend to measure the length and magnitude of the excitement that a great event brings.

Our immune system stimulates our brain's ability to express positive thoughts and happiness in seemingly inevitable situations. Many people think that winning a lottery brings lasting happiness, but research has found the opposite. Investigators found that people experiencing a traumatic event, such as an earthquake, or being disabled, were as happy for six months after the event as they were on the day of the event.
