Flirting 101

Introduction: Communication with X's

Let me just start by saying that all x’s are no no’s. There should be no point of contact with anyone you have ever kissed, had sex with, touched sexually, had feelings for while you are in a relationship and have a boyfriend, girlfriend, fiancé, fiancée, husband or wife. If anyone flirts with you it is important you don’t allow it to continue but the belief that you are down for some “infidelity.” This is so standard to being in a successful and faithful in a relationship.

Verbal Flirting

One common form of flirting is verbal flirting. Complimenting someone’s physical characteristics or calling them positive adjectives such as beautiful, handsome, sexy, cute and so forth. Exchanging sexual jokes is a very common form of flirting people brush off like its nothing. A woman’s voice usually gets higher in pitch and her laugh usually gets more obnoxious. Men often do things to impress the woman by proving his “manliness.” Any playful or pet names no one else uses for you is a form of flirting because it shows your affection.

Body Language Flirting

You can also flirt without words and use your body language. Men often lick their lips at someone scan a woman’s body top to bottom. Some men are more secretly than others. Women often play with their hair or cross their legs to draw attention to them for sex appeal. Some women go as far as bending over and poking out their rear end or bust. Winking one eye at someone is a form of flirting. Some men give a quick upward nod or stroke their beards. Something even as subtle as that eye glare and smirk is even a form of flirting. Slowly undressing, playing footsies when near the other person or scooting closer to be more intimate with them is a way to flirt using your body language. Placing your hand on top of theirs or putting your hand on them and swiping your thumb back and forth against their skin and any massaging is a way to flirt using your body language. Hugging, especially… when a man’s hands are low on the woman’s back is definitely a flirting technique. Playful hitting, tapping or sneaking a gaze at them across the room is also flirting.

Social Media Flirting

Nowadays social media has taken flirting to the next level. There are only fans pages and subscribing to an only fans account technically makes you a fan but it’s definitely a way of saying I like you. Guys who like girls thirst trap pictures especially more than one in a row is also a way of saying I like you. Sliding in someone’s direct messages on any platform also says I like you I want to talk to you. This should go without saying but these are things single men and women do. Subscribing to non-celebrities only fans accounts, commenting or replying to flirty comments and messages and liking half naked pictures of girls are no no’s when you are taken.

Conclusion

The main thing is shutting all of forms of flirting down if you are taken. If you do not... you leave room for others to interfere in your relationship. This shows you don’t have enough faith in your relationship to shut down “side chicks” or “side guys” because you think it's going to fail. The issue I have noticed today in society where love has gone wrong is people do not take flirting seriously but it is a sure way to sabotage a good thing.
