Dating isn’t easy. There’s a fine line between having a dating adventure and having the worst date of your life, and these days it’s not simply enough to book a table at a fancy restaurant. You need to create a date that suits your potential partner and one that can act as a potential foundation for the relationship that you hope follows. You never know, if you get that first date done right, then you could be strolling down the aisle with a lifetime's worth of fun experiences to look forward to. Either your first interaction and meet was started from the real world or at any social dating site. Get your relationship started on the right foot, and use these suggestions as a springboard into your (hopefully) new relationship.

The theatre

It may be confirming a few outdated stereotypes, but there’s nothing quite like the theatre. The buzz of the live performance, the talent of the trained and confident actors, and the creativity of the set design, are all reasons why you should probably be going to more live shows. Of course, while you’re enjoying the date and the show, there’s nothing wrong with checking out some of the more attractive examples of those actor types. Head away from the mainstream shows, where even famous actors have been known to reveal all when they’re treading the boards, and a cheeky flash of the likes of Daniel Radcliffe will no doubt make for a memorable evening for you and your date.

Sporting events

If you and your date are sports fanatics, then why not head to a ball game? With players all hot and sweaty, physically exhausted, physically fit, and emotionally invested in the game, there’s something very special about sporting events. Obviously, you’re going to these sporting events for the thrill of the game, but there may be some additional perks along the way. Perhaps you’ve never been to a live-action sports event before, in which case it’s time to book yourself some NFL tickets and go and see what you’ve been missing out on. Whether you support the same team or not, the atmosphere of a sports event is enough to get you both in a great mood, and you never know, you might even score yourself.

Don’t just gaze at each other

If you want to go all out on your date, then you might want to consider packing a blanket and a hamper, and heading somewhere quiet for a spot of star-gazing. This can be a very personal experience and is a great way to bond as you stare at the skies and contemplate your place in the universe. There’s nothing quite like holding hands and pointing out constellations. Get your timings right and you might even get the chance to see some events. From meteor showers to eclipses, relaxing under the stars with a bottle of wine and some nice food is the perfect way to start your relationship.

Plan Romantic Dinner

Here’s a twist on the typical dinner date: Instead of grabbing a table at your go-to date spot, agree on a neighborhood and visit different places for drinks, appetizers, dinner, and dessert. You’ll try out new restaurants and bars, but without the stiff interview feeling typical dinner dates bring. If all goes well, you can add a nightcap to the itinerary.

Go for Drive

This is the easy, inexpensive and full privacy ideas. You just need a vehicle and drive it as far as your parner want to go. You can drive to hills, low-traffic roads or any best place to visit near your city.

Always remember to enjoy your date and relish the experience. If it just so happens that you find your new relationship, then that’s a win and testament to your date planning skills.
