Vasthy Mompoint began portraying Dr. Ricks on April 5, on THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL. She was the coroner who was talking to Dr. Finn about a dead John Doe when he realized it was Vinny Walker. Spoilers tease that Dr. Ricks may show up again and play an important role in closing in on the real killer of the best friend of Thomas Forrester. Many viewers have expressed their displeasure with this storyline for several reasons. It is taking too long for the crime to be solved, Liam is spinning of control, and Dollar Bill is involved in his wackiest storyline yet.

Some B&B fans are angry that so many people are on the case but it's not being solved. Bill Spencer shut down chief Baker as usual and Liam is melting like a block of ice in the desert. Detective Sanchez is not getting any more cooperation than he has with past cases involving the Spencers, Forresters, and Logans. Hope is clueless and Thomas is showing his dark side again. Most viewers did not really pay attention to Dr. Ricks and assumed she was a day player but if spoilers are correct she might stick around for a while.

If Vasthy Mompoint looks familiar it is because she has quite an impressive resume in regard to acting. Vasthy appeared in the TV series The Detour, Lower East Asides, We Are New York, Split, and Awkwafina Is Nora From Queens. She later scored an ensemble role on the set of Hot Feet from April to July 2006 and portrayed "Fannie" in the Broadway musical Mary Poppins. The actress was also cast as the understudy for Clara and Louise in the musical Ghost from April 23, 2012, until August 18 of that year.

Mompoint was most recently featured as the Pastor and the Blind Guitarist. in the Broadway Musical "Soul Doctor". The actress earned the honor of wearing the gypsy robe for having the most Broadway ensemble credits in the entire cast. Vashty was in the Broadway show" Rocky" and had the role of Linda Mckenna/Apollo Girl. She appeared in an episode of NCIS and was featured as a performer in the Godspell Cast of the movie The Prom on Netflix.

Vasthy Mompoint was born on September 7, 1980 to parents who were Haitian immigrants. She grew up in Hoover, Alabama and currently lives in New York City. Vashty's career began in February 2005 when she portrayed the Bikini Girl in the Broadway Play Good Vibrations. That same year she also was the voice for the character of Aisha in the Nickelodeon animated series Winx Club.

There has been no news regarding how long the actress will remain on THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL but spoilers believe her character will play an important role in revealing how Vinny really died. B&B viewers do not believe his death was a result of Liam hitting him with Dollar Bill's vehicle. Fans of the CBS daytime drama have decided that Bill Spencer and his son are too important to the storyline to be cold blooded murders and that something else is going on.

If Dr. Ricks does shows up again, spoilers suggest it might be to announce that she found evidence that shows Vinny received some type of fatal blow before the car hit him. Those who watch THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL already know that Vinny was alive right after Liam ran him over because he was looking up. It's not clear yet what really happened but between chief Baker, detective Sanchez, and Dr. Ricks the truth will surely emerge so stay tuned.
