Delusional Horrors of Religions & Religionists

Western religions have come to us from a time when the favorite media was a burning bush communicating with wanderers whose brains had been baked in a middle eastern sun at a few settings too high for maintaining sanity. 2 especially overbaked were Abraham & Mohammed, one ready to kill his own son because some bush told him to & the other so confused about everything it’s the mystery of all time how he has amassed such a following. But I guess it should not be a mystery if a dork like Trump can likewise rise to an influential position in this day & age in what is supposed to be the most advanced nation on the planet in so many ways.

What’s most amazing is how beliefs with no rationality managed to make it through the Age of Reason with their fruitloop myths & fantasies intact into the 21st century. This conclusively shows the low level of human cognitive evolution among the masses.

How can anyone in this day & age still believe the nonsense of the Bible, the Koran, the Talmud, & other such self-conflicted ancient babbling texts written by people wandering in a desert not just for 40 years but for several millennia? Have they not the sense to see through these Dark Age explanations towards a reality we have understood scientifically & rationally & which science increases & reconfirms constantly? I am aghast at the fact that there are still people dedicating their lives to studying such nonsense like religious beliefs, & I find myself wondering how I came to be on this planet among beings with such antiquated thinking.

What's most sick about this whole issue is the concept of original sin, which is what prompts the need for baptism. Anyone who believes a purely innocent child is born in evil sin which dooms the child for eternity unless it is washed is one sick puppy who needs the back ward of a psychiatric hospital to unscramble one's brain. Such distorted thinking is not going to get humanity’s ass out of the sling into which it’s strapped itself with all the political, social, environmental, & every other imaginable chaos coming down upon us. Humanity, based on any rational calculation, has not earned the right to survive on this planet—& will probably soon make its exit.

A big reason I am not impressed by universities in that they consider religions not only valid fields of study but also grant degrees to those who go out to proselytize such nonsensical belief systems. How long would universities maintain their high cultural status if they began granting degrees in fortune telling, astrology, phrenology, palmistry, crystal ball gazing, or Ouija board reading? Well, maybe they would. Right now, nothing would surprise me.

When the world is overwhelmed by gargantuan social, political, environmental, & technical problems as we are at the moment, how can such immense energies & resources be spent on views as vapid as religion? How can religionists take themselves seriously & expect others to do likewise?

You don’t think it’s bad? Consider some of the following horrid realities aside from all the wars & other conflicts initiated by various religious views spilling over into the lives of those around those who don’t want that shit raining down on them. The Muslims tend to live in some of the sunniest warmest places on earth yet suffer vitamin D deficiency. Take the women out of those black bags! Even a dog’s life seems better. & black bags in the hot sun? Did no one teach these people any physics or are they purposely torturing their women? I’m fairly convinced it’s by design for they also mutilate girls’ sexual organs, although they are not the only braindead to do so, & the boys get part of their whackers whacked, too.

Yet, all these people are called civilized & spread their BS further. What gives & where will it end? What’s the worst it that these dingbats think they are in direct contact with some god & that they know what is necessary for the world. The way the fundamentalcase Klueless Kristian Kluxxers are tearing the U$ to smithereens should be a warning to humanity.
