Speaking about the difficulties that come with aging, and giving advice on how people can combat it through nutrition, Chioma Chukwuka said:

CHIOMA CHUKWUKA: The older you get, the more difficult it becomes to lose weight. I remember when I was much younger, in my like early twenties, if I just quarrel with somebody, in the evening, all the weight is gone. But now, if I like let me quarrel from now till thy kingdom come, it will take me three years for that thing I've eaten to leave my system. It's about being intentional and knowing your body, and your body type.

I recommend that you eat in bits. Don't eat late. And if you have to eat late, make sure you don't go to bed at least two hours after you've eaten. And then make sure you're eating the right things. It's not after spending 45 minutes on treadmill, the next thing you're going to eat three wraps of fufu and down it with one odeku or something. You also have to be very intentional about what you put in so that what you see, you're happy with what you get at the end of the day.

Chioma Chukwuka gave some really good advice. It's really interesting to see how much the human body changes over time.
