It's about a feeling that everyone is trying, whether they recognize it or not. feel good with your loved ones. I hope the lines below will give you some useful suggestions to get rid of this enemy that is always lurking in the darkest places of your mind…

How do you get rid of fear?

1. Awareness. Before you start fighting fear, you need to realize that there is something that causes earthquakes in your life. Sometimes we become so attached to our thoughts and feelings that we are no longer able to discern what their source is.

2. Identification. Look your fear in the face, without any hesitation. Watch from the outside the situations in which you are overwhelmed by fears. What happens then? What are the roots of your concerns? Try to become a detached observer of your inner world.

3. Curiosity. Even if curiosity has killed the cat, it can't hurt you if you investigate your fears. Ask yourself what causes your fear, how it settles in your muscles and emotions, and how you react when you are filled with fear.

4. Live, but also analyze your moment! When you focus on the present, you can understand what is happening, you can feel your breathing and body, conscious and subconscious impulses.

5. Be grateful. Whenever you feel trapped in the clutches of fear, be grateful that you were actually given an opportunity. For example, if you are afraid to speak in public, try to be grateful for the opportunity to be able to communicate to a large number of people who are willing to listen with sympathy and interest to what you have to say.

6. Write a diary. If you manage to put your fears on paper, you can avoid losing sight of them and analyze them. Otherwise, the subconscious is ready to play tricks on you, training you in a vicious circle.

7. Share your fear. How often do we get caught up in the dark side of our negativity because we worry that we might not be understood? Address trusted people who appreciate and care about you.

8. Read. Reading a good book on the subject of fear that haunts you can open the door to defeat this misfortune.

9. Act! If you are not a follower of passivity, you may become aware that fears are nothing but fears. They are just fantasies created by the imagination, causing you to see reality far more frightening than it really is. When you act and face your fear, it becomes weaker and dissolves, like a Morgana Girl in the desert.

10. Think positive. Whenever fear makes its presence felt, hit it on the nose with ease. Instead of thinking about the bad things that can happen to you, discover the positive side of things. How can you overcome your fear in a positive way? If, even though you're ready, you're Terrified by the thought of an exam, imagine that you will pass it with flying colors.

11. Think in perspective. To dispel fears, it is necessary to place your negative thoughts in a broader perspective. If you manage to minimize the fear of doing something, seeing how insignificant it is to the great events of your existence, you will realize that this feeling is just a soap bubble.

12. You are not the absolute master of your life. Most of the time, we want to control our existence completely and give it the most predictable turn possible, even if this aspiration of ours is nothing but an "impossible mission".

In our lives, fear joins us quickly, without being invited. Even a very good swimmer can drown. Sometimes, even the most experienced guitarist ends up making mistakes. Get rid of the illusion that you can control your being in detail and you will get rid of fear.

13. Help your neighbor. If you are shy, focus on supporting other people instead of being overly caring about how you look or speak. Turn your attention to others and you will definitely feel better.

14. The significance of destiny. Maybe every conjuncture we go through is not accidental at all and everything has a reason or a meaning. Maybe the fears are just barriers placed especially in front of us so that we can overcome them, learn a lesson, and thus a new stage in our evolution or fate.

15. Pray. I am not a staunch supporter of religion, but I believe that prayer can guide us in overcoming our deepest fears.

16. Understand failure. If you realize that a failure of yours is not the end of the world or of your life, you have the chance to become free. Failure is only a step back, able to ensure an increased advance towards success. Many of our fears are associated with the fear of failure, shyness, or misalignment of society.

17. Diet. Do you know that what you eat can have a dramatic impact on how you feel? All sweets, chemicals, all food additives, and sweeteners have the surprising potential to unbalance us both physically and mentally. Adopt a diet that suits your age, weight, and energy needs.

18. Other methods to get rid of fear: psychological therapy, hypnosis, yoga.

Overcoming fear is not done in the palm of your hand, without any effort. This article is just a first step in this long process. The next step could be to take action and apply at least one of the techniques above. Trust yourself and your inner resources!
