A Night to Remember

Today didn't turn out the way I wanted to, but it didn't turn out absolutely terrible either. c:

I was supposed to hangout with my dad and eat food together earlier in the morning (10 am is early to me) and go eat at one of me and Dad's fav places to eat called Jason's Deli!

But I woke up kind of late because I went to bed at like 3 am.

So dad and I met up at 2 pm.

Even though we discussed me being ready by 1, I called Dad and he didn't answer, so I called again a hour later and he answered.

Then he came and picked me up, he got to see babe and mom because they woke up before he came to get me.

Dad told babe he would pick up babe and take him to work.

So dad and I went to a casino and looked around, then came back home and picked up babe, and we had a lot of traffic to get him there though.

There's literally traffic everywhere right now.

We barely made it to babe's job with a couple minutes to square.

Then dad and I went to Jason's Deli to get our food to go because by the time we got there, they were going to be closed soon.

The manager was there and I wanted to talk to her.

Because I applied to work there a couple of times honestly.

The first time I applied, I was trying to work at a daycare job (because I'm going to school for early childhood education and wanted to try and get a job working in that field. Now I don't want to do that anymore). I only wanted to work at Jason's Deli at the time on the weekend and work the daycare throughout the week.

They told me then that they would call me back once the lady interviewing me would talk to the lady that schedules and try to fit me in somehow.

Never did.

So I called them again 2 weeks later about that time, and kept telling me they would call me so I can get a interview going, and they never did. I had to keep calling them once a day to get them to finally let me have an interview.

Then they kept telling me they would talk to the other manager and give me the job.

This time when I talked to the manager (Liz this time and the other manager is named Amy) and she asked me if I didn't mind working at the salad bar and being trained in other stuff?

I said I'm okay with it and then she asked if I didn't mind working the weekend?

I honestly didn't want to become the only days babe have off is the weekend and I still wanted to spend the time with him and go to church on Sunday.

But I just ended up agreeing with working on the weekend, screw it. I needed the money so babe and I could have money so when we're ready to move sometime in the beginning of next year.

Liz told me she would send me the next part of the application and I should call Amy when I'm done.

After that, babe made our salads and headed back to my place so we can try and meet up with my mom again before she had to go to her graveyard shift at Amazon.

Dad was planning on eating some of his salad with us and then heading back to my uncle T's place.

But his legs and arms was hurting and he just decided to leave and eat later.

After dad left, I ate some of my salad and had some leftover bday cake.

Then mom left and headed off to work.

And I was all alone.

Imma let you in on a little secret, I'm not a big fan of being by myself at night.

I get kind of anxious to be honest.

I made it through tonight by remembering this is gonna be the last time this week that I'm going to have to be alone until next week.

Because babe is going in from 4pm to 12am tomorrow and has Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and a little bit of Monday until he goes to work at 6pm that night.

So I won't be alone anymore until next week.

I did mt face routine that I do everyday, even though it's little bit everyday.

Today I do this face suction thingy that helps pop your pimples and get some of the extra dirt off your face and is like a mini vacuum cleaner with different suction heads.

One you can use that will help with popping your pimples, the other one you can use all over your face and helps to get that extra dirt and oil off your face, the third one helps get those hard to reach crevices like on the side of your nose and around the lips and on the nose, then the last one is an exfoliator that helps clean your face and makes it smooth.

Then I use this face roller to help prevent wrinkles and it releases me and makes me sleepy.

I took a shower afterwards because the next face thing I use requires me to have a clean face.

So I just used that and let it sit on my face for a sec then I peeled it off to help clear my pores, then I laid down and went to sleep.
