"4.5 Hours of Sleep": An IIT-JEE candidate shares their strict daily routine with X user

A friend's rigorous JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) preparation plan was revealed by a user on X.

Each year, thousands of students attempt the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) test and the Indian Institute of Technology (JEE) Joint Entrance test, which are regarded as the most prominent exams in the nation. Exams that are considered to be the hardest in the nation require discipline, strategic planning, and focused attention. The importance of time management was highlighted recently when a user on X revealed the strict schedule of a buddy who was getting ready for the Joint Entrance Examination, or JEE.

The person on X who goes by the handle Mr. Rc

The timetable screenshot showed his daily routine, his sleep pattern, and the amount of time he spent studying. The youthful candidate sleeps till midnight and wakes up at 4:30 am every day, averaging only 4.5 hours of sleep. With little time for leisure or other activities, the remainder of the day is spent attending class, revising previous chapters, and doing classwork and notes.

The kid also added a motivational statement, "Never will you have this day again," at the bottom of the calendar to help himself stay on track. Make it worthwhile, then.

The person who submitted the message went on to say that his friend is ''full with ambition to raise his family out of poverty'' and that he adheres to the schedule exactly.

One user commented on his post, saying, "Too hectic..no time for physical activity." "This looks good, especially those power-naps," said a second person. Would ask to start the day with jogging or meditation and add athletics for 30 minutes at the end. Best wishes.

According to a third, medical research indicates that teens who sleep for fewer than 7-8 hours a night have less memory, learn less, and have less ability to solve problems.

The Civil Services Exam (CSE) administered by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) and the IIT JEE (Indian Institute of Technology – Joint Entrance Exam) are arguably the two most difficult exams in India. Nonetheless, it is thought that these two tests are the most prominent. Numerous thousands of students take both tests each year.

Exams are the hardest and need the most preparation, hard effort, discipline, and concentrated attention. The internet is in shock after a member of X (previously known as Twitter) revealed his friend's strict IIT-JEE preparation regimen.

As per the agreed upon daily routine, the candidate gets only four and a half hours of sleep.

The X user known as Mr. RC shared his friend's schedule, writing, "Schedule of a close friend who is preparing for JEE." The candidate is seen in the photo falling asleep at night 12 and waking up at 4:30 in the morning, for a total of only 4.5 hours of sleep.

A sixteen-year-old kid revealed on X (from his now-private profile) his seventeen-year-old friend's nerve-wracking daily itinerary as an IIT-JEE candidate. The boy's handwritten schedule, which gave him just 4.30 hours of sleep from 12 am to 4:30 am, went viral online. The student takes a fifteen-minute morning nap and a thirty-minute nighttime siesta throughout the day.

A user inquired as to what the only interval was between 7:45 and 7:30 in the morning. It was emphasized to the user that people should expel at specific times of the day, ideally first thing in the morning. A different user attacked the Kota plant and the IIT-JEE system, calling them scams. A few others in different vocations, one of them a hotelier, mentioned that they also get four to five hours of sleep, if not less. "Suicide Recipe," teasingly reminded another user of how many candidates kill themselves because of the pressure and strain of the exalted IIT-JEE.
