There have been moments in everyone's life, thanks to which we have transformed in a very positive way.

These moments have paved the way for a great change of consciousness, and make us perceive reality from a completely different point of view. These are the moments that help us move away from our pain to become a better version of ourselves.

I have had to go through many such moments in the journey of my life and in this article I would like to share with you the three deepest discoveries that my mind has managed to make and that has helped me to start living a better life. harmonious and happier.

Here are:

Pain is a wake-up call

For most people, pain is the worst enemy, so when they experience it, they do everything in their power to escape or run away from it, as if an evil monster is chasing them. But in reality, pain exists for our own good: if we pay special attention to it, then there is a chance to understand why it is present in the spectrum of our consciousness.

Pain signals that something is wrong with our lives and that we need to take action to correct it. Pain encourages us to change our lifestyle to get rid of it.

Unfortunately, most of us try to drown out the pain as soon as possible. We take expensive medicines, wander the Internet for hours, click aimlessly or watch TV for no reason, in a desperate attempt to forget the pain.

But no matter how hard we try, she's still with us. He hides and waits for the right moment to reappear in our mental space.

If we really want to learn how to overcome pain, we must first understand what it is and why it torments us. You need to eliminate the source, not just try to run away from it or try to cure its symptoms.

True love does not hurt

When people love, they usually set the conditions for their love. If these conditions are not met, they face frustration and pain. Then they begin to perceive love as a painful thing, which they should not trust and which should be avoided.

But true love does not impose any conditions. True love is given to all without asking for anything in return. And what if love wasn't mutual? For a truly loving person, it doesn't matter. She continues to love and that is the only thing that matters to her.

A loving person is like the Sun, which gives light to all equally. And anyone who comes in contact with this person is able to feel the energy of love emanating from his heart.

Bad people don't exist

There is not a single person in the world who can be called "evil" - people can behave in this way for several reasons. And the fact that we give them such definitions does not bring us any closer to understanding the real reason for their behavior. On the contrary, this phenomenon distorts our perception and creates a psychological barrier between us and them.

When we judge people, we are basically projecting on them an image that says little about who they really are, but has more in common with our own psychological conditioning and perception of the world.

To understand them better, we need to break free from prejudice and honestly analyze the circumstances of life that cause them to think and behave in this way.

As a result, we begin to look at these things through their eyes, and this arouses our sympathy, which in turn allows us to treat them more compassionately.
