Basically you love someone not because he is handsome or attractive but because he has something interesting, subtle or nice.

Lucy believed Mark was such an interesting man.

Yesterday she called him to say how much she wanted to get drunk and how great it would be if he was there with her. Without him she was still fine because she got used to it.

People usually do not want to get used to answer all questions by themselves but what can they do? So many times, she talked to herself not to cry till last night she just would like to cry properly on the pretext of getting drunk.

She was like wild grass growing up with a lot of weaknesses but she always wanted to have good dreams with him. She wondered if he knew those.

Look at the bracelet he made for her, Lucy thought no matter what happened, the meaningful things like that could give her courage and love to warm her heart. At that time, she would keep moving and looking forward. However, life was not as beautiful as expected, the things that would have relieved her soul now reminds her of pains.

People used their whole life to awake from their dreams but Lucy was burning to be sunk in her own one. She did not wish a mad love, but warm and loving look. She could not foresee others’ future but she knew her fate, a vague illusion set to be forgotten.

She left the pub. The cold outside reminded her of gloomy and empty afternoons. Luckily, at least she felt happy. In that afternoon, the final time she met him, she cried her eyes out.

She gave him a promise that she would put herself in his shoes as much as possible to feel then everything sank into oblivion. Her mind was only unconsciously waiting for him and the wait should be much longer than narrowing in those words.

She kept silent for the fear of difference between the two

He left for his lofty pride

She lost a person who always wanted to make her happy

He lost something she did not know

If this regret was true, she hoped he would become a man of a firm stuff so that he could release his real emotions, not a boy with full of pride on his lonesome.

She understood all but she still said goodbye because she knew she had to be courageous to move on. Sometimes, she felt self-pity but she believed that there was always extensive love in the infinite sky and he deserved to have it.

Mark left silently, Lucy was quietly disappointed but she would write new chapters of life somehow or other. She did not know how much she would miss him. That was really grievous but everything would be fine.

At that time, Lucy made a small garden for herself so that,

When she got bored, she would have a place to come and cry

When she was happy, She would sow a seed

When she needed courage, she would look at how her little trees keep trying so hard to stand firm in a heavy rain

When she needed healing, She might let her soul relax as wild grass

Because, in the end, hearts are easy to get moved by pure things.

She had no ideas why she kept dreamy under this busy and cruel life but maybe she would die if she stopped.

Now, thinking about loves she respected, she feels nothing. There is always a person leaving with love and she wants no one to know she sheds tears. It is real when someone cries for their nameless pangs and losses. If he knew what she had to deal with, maybe he would look at her with full of pity. It’s not wrong to have pity on others but it is always good to be strong no matter it is right or wrong.

Live and love impartially, don’t look back.

Everyone is too small while this world is too big and always changes. So she needs to move, not to race with someone's speed but to see how much she has improved comparing to yesterdays.

Two years after breaking up, Lucy came through ups and downs and became much more mature. If she had another chance to choose, she would still choose Mark and his love to fulfill her young moments. She thinks she will not die without him but she will die if she loses herself and never grows up.

It is so marvelous come hell or high water, the value of purity keeps unchanged!
