The Vanishing of Louis Le Prince: The Man Who Disappeared Before He Could Change History
On a warm September evening in 1890, a man boarded a train in France carrying plans that might have changed the course of history. His name was Louis Le Prince. Few people today recognize the name, yet many historians believe he was the true inventor of motion pictures. A man who captured moving images years before cinema officially began. "No, and like---" Sara gasps through her laughs, though she's obviously simultaneously terrified. "---when we get there what if the door is, like, locked and there's a note that says Stay awayyyy in blood."

Roofies. Content Warning.
There were four of them. I couldn’t move, and I had no idea how I got there. I remembered being at the Red Lion with Stephanie, and I remember the B-52s, think I had two of them with out pitcher of Bud Light. It was my 21st birthday, a Monday, and I'd only been back in town a couple of months. Most of my friends were still away at school, and I was at loose ends, not sure where I wanted to be or what I wanted to do. I don't even remember how Stephanie and I reconnected--we graduated from high school together, and all of this was before cell phones.

Turnout. Honorable Mention in Out of the Dream Challenge.
