Afterthoughts: Can't Take It Back (2017)
I'm writing this after finishing Can't Take It Back (2017). I didn't even realize that Logan Paul was in it until the beginning credits rolled. My reaction: "Well, fuck." But I was committed to watching it. I was intrigued by the "pitfalls of social media" premise. Either this movie was going to massively suck or be somewhat decent. Many online ratings suggested the latter.

47 Metres Down: Uncaged
Brief synopsis: Four teenage girls decide to go and explore an ancient, submerged underwater, Mexican city. When one of the girls gets frightened by a fish, she knocks over a column the girls get separated. Found by a diver known by girls, they are about to leave the water when find out there is a shark down with them. As they try to escape, their exit becomes blocked. The girls must now find another way out.

Reed Alexander's Horror Review of 'Zombie With A Shotgun' (2019)
Yeah, this was fun. As many of my readers well know, my wife watches a lot of horror movies with me, and one of our favorite things to do is riff the movie we're watching. It's one of the ways I know a movie has riffing potential. Of course this movie, being a shoe-string indie, had all kinds of riffable material. It's like the trope my wife coined "ForeCaging," (named after the hammy acting of Nicolas Cage) which means "Foreshadowing riff worthy material from the setup."

Live-Reaction Movie Review: Rosa Leigh
Alright, I am writing this review as I watch Rosa Leigh, so bear with me. Apparently, Rosa Leigh was a troubled child who lied about her teacher putting his hands on her. The teacher found her near the stairs and pushed her down the stairs. The school janitor saw everything and tried to intervene, only to fall over the railing with the teacher. All three died, and the school closed down.

Verotika is a three part anthology movie featuring three stories loosely tied together by a nonsensical interstitial storyteller who may be a vampire or a demon or The Devil? That’s where the bizarre, confounding journey of Verotika begins.
