Although nothing had happened to me while doing these everyday tasks, the scary idea of getting kidnapped or worse has always been at the back of my mind. Since I was around 16, I’ve carried at the very least a pocket knife and mace with me wherever I go, just to be on the safe side.

Something is Missing
I... hate... mirrors. I am not sure when it started, but I have had both a curious fascination and aversion to mirrors ever since I was young. Some might ask if I am afraid of my own reflection. I would say, 'yes' and 'no'. reflections in common things such as a window or water puddle are fine. Those are weak when compared to the 1 to 1 vibrant reflection you get from a mirror.
