Haunted Transylvania
Transylvania has become a well-known name and everyone knew it was in Romania. This was due to the story of Dracula, to the stories of the actual so-called Dracula Vlad the Impaler and of course, due to all the Hollywood movies about the blood-sucking demon. However, if you think you'll visit Romania and travel to Transylvania to come face to face with the actual Dracula you might be disappointed. Instead, try roaming about Translyvania and you could meet up with plenty of ghostly apparitions and you might even get scared to death.

Jack's Windfall 4
Jack knew this would be the trickiest part of the job; obviously he couldn’t exactly just go and dig up a corpse and animate it. However, he knew many ways around this. A summon required the right offering. Flesh for animal spirits like Luxator, coins for any Psychopomps, but for an actual human spirit you need to use smoke. The smoke can be incense, a bonfire, or even a cigarette. Lighting a cigar, he walked into Mt. Hope cemetery. He hid the rodent blade in his coat pocket, and searched the graves for Jenny Fitzroy. Fortunately, he was able to find the headstone near a bench.

Fine Dining
I have seen little else other than the plainly decorated walls of our apartment for several months. The walls themselves are fine, Lisa did what she could with what we could afford when we moved in last year. She surely would have preferred a balance between classic and contemporary styles. Something she could have been proud to show off to her friends and family. Domestic dreams could wait back then, and we were satisfied with what Ikea could provide based on our budget. There used to be time for planning and saving. People lived their lives as though they had something they could build. As though there were a future. I suppose there were also those who ‘lived in the moment’, trying to make the most of the time they had. Carpe diem. I can’t imagine what that could even mean now.

Claustrophobic Much?
The day of the shopping trip will stand out in my mind for the rest of my life. It was the day that my whole world changed. The day started off well enough. I woke up to my family hanging around, a few friends had stopped by on their way home or wherever they were headed. It was a big day. Sundays were always big days. After waking up enough to get my head on straight, I looked over at my family and the excitement on everyone's face sent a jolt of energy through my body. Yes, that was the day that the whole world changed.

The Hidden Clan
PROLOGUE: A New Mark Has Risen "Mommy can you tell me a story?" Sure thing my little dragonfly... Long ago there was a island deep in the middle of the sea, where the water had a mind of its own never crashing on the land, but instead walking on sand. And if you went through the trees over the mountain that stood beyond the horizon you will come across a meadow, so serene it will take your breath away. In the center of the meadow standing boldly and proud is a weeping willow. Though, this willow is unlike any other beautiful, mystic, and gorgeously hypnotizing. You couldn't take your eyes away from it no matter how much you try, but listen carefully and heed my warning for there is more than meets the eye when to the willow deep in the meadow.

Squirrelled Away
The black fluffy tail tipped like a royal wave through a valley of snowdrifts. It would stop every couple of seconds and vibrate. Malaya squinted to see what was slowing the squirrel down. He was pulling and pushing something across the yard towards the woods and the tall oak tree beyond.
