Breaking Down What Watching 'Get Out' Meant to Me as a White American
(MAJOR SPOILERS FOR 'GET OUT' WILL FOLLOW) Over the weekend I went to see one of the most talked about films of the year in Get Out. I had seen the trailer, heard the buzz, and knew the gist. I knew this was going to be a film highlighting the race issues going on in our country.

Season's Weepings: Ranking The Stories From 'Holidays', This Year's Creepiest Horror!
We do love a good horror anthology over here at Movie Pilot, and this year's offering Holidays is no exception! Whether it be taking the kids out of school, or the dreaded trip to the in-laws, the holidays can quite literally be hell. Holidays will do nothing to changes our minds, whilst its unnerving stories will have you reaching for the cushions. Across 100 minutes and eight segments we witness mutant rabbits, snake babies, and even a cameo from Seth Green. Starting with "Valentine's Day" and culminating in "New Year's Eve", the film gives eight directors the scope to give us their own bloody take on what should be the happiest times of the year. Whilst this post won't ruin the film for you (where would the horror be in that?), here is a definitive ranking from the worst to best of each of Holidays holidays!

Creepy Clowns Take to the Street to Celebrate the Movie "It"
Movie fans tend to celebrate the release of a much-anticipated movie in many ways. Some throw a small get-together before going out to see the movie as a group. Others queue up for the midnight showing while having their own little party as they wait in line.

From Clowns To Corpses: Celebrating Rob Zombie's Best Cinematic Creations!
You have got to admit it, Robert Bartleh Cummings is no name for the father of grindhouse gore, but Rob Zombie...hell yeah! It looks like the musician-cum-director has done it again with the trailer for his film 31. Richard Brake's sinister turn in black & white has us thinking that his character, Dead-Head, could be the next Captain Spaulding (you'll meet him later). Whilst we still attempt to take in all the bloodshed from 31's trailer, let's go back into the twisted mind of Rob Zombie and run down some of the best from his horror-filled rogues gallery.

AMC vs. The Spoiling Dead Fans Facebook Page - The Battle For Spoilers Just Got Bloody!
Who did Negan kill? Well we aren't about to find out anytime soon if AMC has anything to do with it, having just issued a cease and desist letter on 'The Spoiling Dead Fans' Facebook page. In a spoiler-laden world you have to either watch a show as soon as it airs, or go into hiding. You don't want to be that one person who said "they killed Ned Stark?!?" three years after everyone else. Whilst spoilers can be frustrating, there is obviously a market out there and some of us can't help but read ahead. The Spoiling Dead Fans may have started from humble beginnings, but rose from the grave like so many of Greg Nicotero's walkers to reach an impressive 363,000 followers. At the forefront of The Walking Dead community, it has become a regular stomping ground for those who don't want to wait until October to find out who met a grisly end in the Season 6 finale "Last Day on Earth." The page (and its fans) were shocked the other day when a representative of AMC got in touch saying that if they were to post any spoilers, or even theories on who bit the dust in this year's season finale, they would be well and truly sued by the network. We caught up with 'Shinyfirefly', our own TWD deep throat, to find out why the two sides have gone to war. It is Alexandria vs. the Saviors and only one group will come out alive!

Real Horror Of 'The Shining': The Story Of Shelley Duvall
Hello, I'm Shelley Duvall. The squeaky voiced girl, with the doe eyes, who was born to play Popeye's Olive Oyl. Sure, Shelley Duvall was something of an '80s star, but how did the iconic Wendy Torrance from The Shining fade into oblivion? This is how one film drove a woman to madness.

Killer Casting: Should Connie Britton Return To 'American Horror Story'?
Cue spooky scratching sounds and "starring Sarah Paulson"- American Horror Story is coming back! There is certainly a buzz around Ryan Murphy's horror anthology series ahead of its sixth season later this year. Cast members of old and new are set to return — Lady Gaga is back for more Emmy Awards and there's even talk of Bradley Cooper joining the crew. One question on everyone's lips, though, is "where is Connie Britton?" The fiery redhead played matriarch Vivien Harmon on the first series, Murder House, but there has been no sign of the AHS alumni on the show since.

Fix
Mary Bright didn’t like to consider herself a regular customer. And she absolutely detested me calling her a regular patient. But the crooked curliness of her signature on my appointment sheets through the past three weeks pointed towards the obvious fact: Mary Bright was, beyond all doubt, my most regular patient and my highest paying customer. Before her consultation with me I was puzzled. She’d called in, made an appointment, but didn’t have a specific procedure in mind. The day of the appointment she came tip-toeing into the office. An astonishingly average looking woman. Tall, but no model height. Skinny, but strongly built. Shoulder length hair without layers and in terms of bone structure, quite a square shaped face. I greeted her with my name, but got nothing in reply. The whole vibe of her nervousness was disturbing at first, but I guess I got used to it.
