Winchester: Can I sleep with you Mommy?
Our life with Tommy was proving to be a way of life now. We were all used to the noises, knocks, and sound of another child in the house. The dog was still alert to every little happening, and it would still catch my attention, but I knew what it was and it never alarmed me. The night was still an active time in the home. After everyone was getting ready for rest and to go to sleep. Relatively calm, but still active. My husband had to go out to do some training on San Clemente Island and was going to be gone a few weeks. Everything became highly active in the home immediately after he left and continued the entire time I always felt like Tommy was more comfortable when he was not there.

The Lady in White
When I was growing up, I lived in a haunted house. What's interesting is that I didn't realize it was haunted at the time. I had no idea that what I was seeing other people couldn't see. To me, it was perfectly natural. I still remember sitting by my window and watching people go by. In my home, however, that was a different story. I knew that they didn't belong. I suppose, in a way, that is how they felt about us. We didn't belong. There was this one spirit (a woman) that stands out in my mind the most. I will refer to her as the lady in white.

Clones
I have a confession to make. I killed two people. To explain what happened I have to go back to the beginning of summer. I was outside mowing the grass. Living next to the woods I know there are all sorts of insects I have to watch out for. Well, one of those little suckers got the best of me and bit me on my lower back, close to my spine.

Last Meal
Damn, he was cold. So cold, in fact, it crept into the very marrow of his bones. His thin, wool blanket did nothing but make him itch, along with the lice. His 6' x 8' cell was so damp that the walls oozed with a fine sheen of water, glistening in the dull, yellow light coming from the catwalk.

Roxy
We use to be shadows on walls. Scribblings of black ash from the camp fire. The things you see out of the corner of your eye but can never get a fix on. The things your pet stares at with curiosity and fear. We've been around for eons though. While science will have you believe its not supernatural, that there is some type of explanation for it all, I can honestly tell you that there is not. . . at least not all of it.
