Some things in the modern world are still mysterious, despite advancements in technology. The topic of whether life exists elsewhere on Earth is one that is still being posed. And in posing those queries, numerous individuals have devised methods to attempt to ascertain the responses.

One way a group of people attempted to establish contact with life that might very well exist beyond our UFO mysteries continue to captivate people. We can't help but wonder: with so many sightings and tales, what else might exist?

The World Contact Day's past

Although there have been reports of UFO sightings and experiences throughout human history, many inquiries and sightings concerning aliens and the existence of extraterrestrial life emerged in the early and mid-20th centuries.

Unidentified flying objects, or UFOs, sparked a lot of attention after World War II. The simplest account of a man discovering a mystery "flying disk" on his New Mexico farm during the 1947 Roswell Incident gave rise to a number of ideas.comprehension or knowledge in the 1950s is through World Contact Day!

By 1952, ufologists led by Albert K. Bender established the International Flying Saucer Bureau (IFSB). The IFSB determined that a day should be set aside for the experiment of attempting to send a message into space, taking advantage of the notion that both telepathy and extraterrestrial life were plausible and reachable.

World Contact Day was first observed in 1953 and was a day on which individuals were urged to attempt telepathic communication.

In contrast to First Contact Day, which takes place on a fictional day in 2063 inside the Star Trek universe, World Contact Day actually occurred on a day when American ufologists and other believers in extraterrestrial life took action.

The IFSB came up with a scheme that contained a message that each member of the group was to concentrate on in order to telepathically deliver it to any aliens who might be listening. The greeting that opened the message said, "Calling occupants of interplanetary craft!" It continued by asking for assistance in resolving earthly issues and making promises of friendship and peace with various living forms.

It goes without saying that, at least not that we are aware of, the psychic message was ignored!
