Ultra Rich Lifestyle of Dubai Ruler

Rich Lifestyle of Dubai

By Imran Ali ShahPublished 5 months ago • 3 min read

When the judge asked one of Dubai’s insiders about the facilities provided inside the royal palace, the answer he gave in court left everyone shocked.

Welcome back once .

The man who turned his entire city into a hub of luxury—just imagine how luxurious his personal life must be.

We are talking about the ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. He is not only the ruler of Dubai but also the Vice President of the United Arab Emirates.

He is so wealthy that even if his wealth were divided into 1,000 parts, just one part could buy:

A Rolls-Royce Phantom

A Land Cruiser

A luxury beach villa on Palm Jumeirah

According to reports from business publications, his official net worth is around $4 billion, but many estimates suggest that including all direct and indirect assets, it could be as high as $31.9 billion.

With such wealth, his lifestyle is obviously extravagant.

His car collection includes some of the most expensive vehicles in the world:

Rolls-Royce Phantom

Rolls-Royce Ghost

Bugatti Veyron

Devel Sixteen

Yet, he is often seen driving a Mercedes E63, which is considered one of his favorites.

All his cars carry the VIP number plate “Dubai 1,” which no one else can buy.

Interestingly, the price of such VIP number plates can exceed the price of the cars themselves. In Dubai, the shorter the number, the higher the price.

For example, a businessman once bought a plate for $9 million.

Now let’s talk about his residence.

Officially, Sheikh Mohammed lives in a massive palace complex in Dubai spread over thousands of acres, filled with multiple luxurious buildings.

But that’s not all.

There is also a separate lush green area built exclusively for his son, Crown Prince Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Maktoum.

Sheikh Mohammed has had multiple marriages and has 26 children.

For his family, he owns not just palaces—but also private islands.

One island near Jumeirah Beach includes:

17 beach villas

A grand palace

Another island near Palm Jumeirah features:

Private villas

Beautiful gardens

Personal tutors and staff

He also owns a massive luxury yacht, often described as a “floating palace,” worth around $400 million.

This yacht includes:

50 luxury suites

A swimming pool

A disco

A squash court

And most amazingly—

it even has a submarine installed inside it.

His wealth is not limited to Dubai.

According to reports, he owns large properties in the UK, including land in London and Scotland.

It is estimated that he owns over 100,000 acres of land in Britain.

Many of these properties are purchased through third-party companies registered in tax-free regions.

One of his properties includes a massive country estate with:

58 rooms

3 helipads

A hunting lodge

In 2019, he also purchased land in England worth £45 million, mainly for horse breeding purposes.

He has a huge passion for horse racing.

He owns top-quality racehorses and buys them at extremely high prices from auctions around the world.

For example, he once bought a horse for $4.1 million, shocking everyone.

He also owns companies that operate horse racing tracks and breed racehorses globally.

Apart from this, he has interests in multiple industries:

Emirates Airlines

Real estate

Construction

Most major businesses in Dubai are directly or indirectly connected to him.

Although he has access to state aircraft, he still owns two fully customized Boeing 747 planes.

Each plane costs around $418 million.

But what shocked the world even more was his divorce case.

In 2019, his ex-wife, Princess Haya bint Al Hussein, filed a case in a UK court demanding a massive settlement.

After two years, the court ordered Sheikh Mohammed to pay £550 million as a divorce settlement.

During the case, Princess Haya revealed:

She had unlimited access to money

She owned 15–20 luxury mansions

She had access to yachts and private jets

She also received:

Over $10 million annually for household expenses

Around $12 million just for shopping

That’s roughly $85 million per year just for shopping—only for one wife.

This level of luxury and spending made headlines around the world.
