Russia's Ministry of Defense has a new beautiful deputy minister

Russia's "special military operation" against Ukraine, which was originally planned to be completed within 1 hour and 22 minutes, has not yet seen any signs of a "successful end" after 844 days of overtime. Not only that, Russia is also in a difficult military situation, facing isolation in politics, and reaching a desperate situation in economy.

Militarily, there have been heavy losses in personnel and equipment - the ground offensive has basically stopped, and NATO intelligence has confirmed that its average daily casualties are as high as 1,000 people; advanced fighter jets and air defense systems have been frequently destroyed. According to video evidence provided by Ukraine, 10 S-400s alone were destroyed in 2 months; the Black Sea Fleet has lost nearly half of its fleet and is no longer able to enter the Black Sea; the US F-16, Swedish Gripen fighter, French Rafale fighter and other killer weapons are about to appear...

At this moment, Russia has no killer weapon except to develop tactical nuclear weapons with Belarus.

Recently, Ukrainian officials said: If the Ukrainian battlefield is defeated, it is not ruled out that Russia will use tactical nuclear weapons. NATO has previously officially stated that if Russia uses tactical nuclear weapons, they will use conventional weapons to destroy all its military presence on Ukrainian territory, including equipment and personnel.

At present, no one is afraid of their use. On the contrary, more people hope that they will use it as soon as possible to test whether NATO can do what it says.

Politically, 100 countries and international organizations participated in the "Global Peace Summit" organized by Switzerland and hosted by Ukraine, and 80 countries signed the "Joint Communiqué", which clearly proposed that Ukraine's territorial integrity be the basis for peace.

I saw an article saying that "Ukraine's Peace Summit was held in vain", and I couldn't help but laugh.

The world is a big forest with all kinds of birds. The data on participating in the meeting and signing the communiqué is already very complicated and difficult. Look at the heads of Europe and the United States. Most of them have a support rate of only 30-40%. It is a miracle if it exceeds 50%. Their experts and scholars even believe that the support rate of the head is the healthiest at around 37%.

Imagine if Russia also holds a "Global Peace Summit", how many delegations will participate?

Probably a person's fingers and toes are enough. If the peace terms proposed by the PT on June 14 were written into a "Joint Communiqué", I don't know how many signatures there would be, but I believe that one person's fingers would definitely be more than enough. Economically, after the United States imposed the most brutal sanctions since the war on the 12th, the ruble was in mourning, the stock market plummeted, and banks experienced a run.

Financial misery, the real economy is even worse.

Data released by the Russian Statistics Bureau showed that in the first quarter of this year, the Russian Federation's coal production increased by 0.3%, but revenue fell by 96.9% year-on-year. This means that no matter how much coal is mined, it is piled up in your own yard and cannot be sold. Because no matter who buys it, the payment problem cannot be solved.

From the war to today, there have been companies doing business with Russia. For example, Russia's liquefied natural gas production lines are all from Europe, and the transport ships are from Hanwha Marine Shipyard in South Korea. This time, the sanctions have prevented the delivery of these already produced production lines and ships, and the related companies have suffered a lot of losses.

For these companies, I just want to give them two words-"You deserve it"!

The new sanctions have just been released, and the "good days" are still to come!

On the surface, the victory or defeat of a war is determined by the battlefield.

But in fact, the battlefield is only the comprehensive result of various factors. The factors that really determine the victory or defeat of a war - politics, military, economy, diplomacy, etc., are all outside the battlefield.

The battlefield is only the result, not the cause.

Faced with this situation and the unpredictable future - in fact, the parties themselves can predict it - Mr. PT decided to continue personnel adjustments.

As we all know, since Mr. PT started his new term, only one member of the cabinet has been adjusted - the "World War I" Defense Minister Shoigu was replaced by economist Belousov.

Subsequently, two deputy ministers - Tsalykov and Krivoruchko - also submitted resignation reports, and the director of the personnel bureau Yuri Kuznetsov was arrested overnight. Perhaps because he felt that the adjustment was too slow, on Monday, June 17, the first thing Mr. PT did after arriving at the office was to fire four deputy defense ministers at once, and then reappointed several deputy ministers.

Among them, the most concerned is a female minister, Anna Zhivileva.

Of course, people are not concerned about her, but her identity-

Russian media said she is the daughter of PT's cousin;

British media said she is the daughter of "PT's first cousin";

The EU said she is "PT's close relative";

...

In a word, she is PT's niece. Tsivileva's husband is Russian Energy Minister Tsivilev, and she herself is a successful businessman, a successful businesswoman, a young and beautiful successful businesswoman, and a young and beautiful successful businesswoman among PT's close relatives.

Before being appointed as Deputy Minister of Defense, Tsivileva ran a large coal company. Because of her strong ability, PT appointed her in 2023 to manage a Russian official investment fund to help the families of soldiers fighting in Ukraine.

After serving as Deputy Minister of Defense, Tsivileva will continue to use her expertise to manage housing and social service allowances for the entire Russian armed forces. In short, she manages money.

After the announcement of this appointment, some people said that what PT hates most is the "theft" of public officials, because stealing from the official is actually stealing from PT.

Some people also said that it was better to let his niece manage the money so that the money would not flow to outsiders.

The worst thing to hear was that some people thought he was doing this to leave a way out for the future.

In short, all these statements were malicious speculations, completely forgetting the ancient saying "Do not avoid relatives when promoting people within the family."
